Texet(LMA4-V) A4 Laminator, Black

I purchased this to use for educational material for my son. I didnt want something large, expensive and wanted something that was easy to use. The reviews on this were good and it all seemed very straight forward to me. It is fantastic and simple. It came with approx 5 sheets to get started. I tested it with photos as this would be thicker than a piece of paper which will be standard for what I laminate. It only takes a couple of minutes to warm up and the light comes on to tell you its ready. The laminating sheets go in slowly and don't go off going in straight. I didnt need to run the laminating sheets through a second time. It did it fantasticly the first time. My only thing was when I was first warming it up it smelled quite funny. Also took a little while to cool down, but not really a problem. But overall it is fantastic, easy to use and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, small laminator thats easy to use.

After looking at loads of pedometers and reviews I decided to buy this one. As a walker I wanted an accurate one that would tell me how far I had walked, how many steps I had taken and how long it took me. This does all of those and accurately. I don`t need a really expensive one that does loads of stuff I don`t need. If I need to know how much sleep I have had I will look at the clock!This was delivered very quickly and I received an email from Tania in their customer support dept with useful information and 2 attached video clips. One to guide you through the setup procedure (which wasn`t in the least bit difficult) and another to guide you through the operating instructions, again it was so very simple!If you want a simple to use, easy to understand and accurate pedometer at a very reasonable price then get this one. Their customer support is excellent. Would recommend both the pedometer and the seller, no problem!

I bought this to replace the well known make that I returned because it didn't work.This product arrived on time, comes in a very good box with proper written instructions and some free pouches.I plugged it in, waited for the green light to come on and, hey presto, it sealed some A5 and then some A4 pouches perfectly. No fuss.But be careful - don't expect it to sort out your lack of care because, despite what I read in one review, this machine does not have a lever to sort out pouch jams. Those levers seem to be built into other makes, but not in this one. Nor did the instructions claim to have one.But the first machine I ever had didn't have one either. And I used that for many years without getting a jam - shame I dropped it onto a hard floor and broke it.So having done a dozen pouches easily with no fuss I'd say buy this machine - it does what the makers say it will.

A basic laminator for basic home needs, this is probably as simple as you can get with such a device.However I was surprised to find a European 2 pin plug on the power lead, nowhere on the information given on Amazon did it mention this. In fact an answered question regarding this product states it comes with a standard UK plug. Whether this was a mix-up in dispatch, a manufacturing fault, or someone confused the Isle of Wight for France I'll never know.Luckily I had an adapter for just such an occasion and was able to use it straight away.Operation was easy, plug in, turn it on and a few minutes later a green light comes to life to show it is ready.The supplied starter pack of 5 pouches are a good quality and were easy to work with. I couldn't find any information on the thickness of these pouches but I suspect they're 80 microns.Feeding in the pouches you'll need to line it up by eye as best you can as there is no guide (like you would find on a printer) to keep it straight. Sealed end first, once you feed it in far enough it will grab the pouch and slowly (about 1cm a second) go to work laminating it.I was really happy with the end result, but I would be wary of putting too many pouches through one after the other. The description does state that this machine is for 'occasional' use and I agree, if you want something that can take some punishment you'll want to splash out on a more expensive model.

Bought this mailny to laminate my grandaughters skiing certificates but had a wee play with other things when it arrived, (comes with 5 laminating pouches). Laminated one thing A4 size and another a bit smaller. Did both in A4 pouches supplied and both came out great. The smaller one was laminated right to the edge of the smaller bit of paper so nice wide border, (wasn't sure if it just did edges). A quick word of caution. It comes with a warning that it gets very hot, obviously but, the laminate comes out very hot as well. Cools very quickly but keep your own and small fingers well away from the bit nearest the machine. First edge through is fine to handle. For the price, excellent machine, why pay more if you just want to do occational laminating. Does exactly what it's designed to do and the skiing certificates look really good.

I'll admit early on that I'm not a big encapsulator type person, but I could yet be. I've done my time learning the art of encapsulation over the year, when a basic machine always cost over £100 and I've learned heat up speed, straight delivery and focus on the job in hand are the keys to success.People talk about meditation, exercise and good diet. Sure, they're all good but actually the art of encapsulation is a stepping stone that will give you all this and more. You'll also have harder plastic sheets that are waterproof and a world view that protects you from disappointment and having nothing to show for your life.This machine is not the fastest to heat up, straight delivery is not hugely assisted by a fancy edge plate, so you've to stand over it which is fine - and so, you'll find that focus on the job in hand is absolutely encouraged by all this.For a complete life of encapsulation success? This is highly recommended.
