The seat and the back already constructed. Very easy to out together. Good quality.

Prompt delivery. A very sturdy and well made bench. Well worth the £90. It has some nice touches, like the corner braces between the base rails and legs for rigidity . Also small plastic feet on the bottom of the legs to keep to wood off the ground to help prevent foot rot.(pictured). The other pre-assembled main joints are all glued and doweled. No nasty screws!Easy to assemble. I did however use Gorilla glue to add extra strength to the joints I assembled. Gorilla glue is 100% waterproof and also expands as it sets, to bridge any gaps. Just keep an eye on it as it goes-off and wipe off any excess as it expands out of the joints. You also need to dampen one surface with water to activate the glue. Probably not really necessary but I like to be doubly sure. I did not use glue on the seat base section. The last bit to attach, to allow some movement for expansion.Nice and comfy too. Shaped arm rests and a general awe of quality about it.David.

The bench came quickly and was easy to put together it took maybe 15 mins. The instructions were clear and accurate and the bench its self is very sturdy intact i would say better stronger sturdier than some i have seen in garden centres at twice the price and believe me we looked at lots. I decided to take a chance after reading all the positive reviews and i can guarantee you at this price point you will not find better also it looks nice too

I ordered the Robert Dyas FSC 3 Seater Fence Bench Seat for my garden and it arrived promptly and well packed. The package is very heavy and contains all the parts needed to assemble the bench including 2 end pieces, 4 struts, 4 joints, the bench seat, a decorative back rest, the screws, 2 tools to tighten the special screws and a page listing the items and diagram instructions. You will require a screwdriver to tighten the standard screws. I am not very good at DIY but managed to assemble this but would have been easier with someone to help! The bench is pretty solid, looks great assembled and is comfortable to sit on. The only bug bear that I have is the backrest which as seen by the picture, has a gap between it and the seat base - I wish they had made the back meet with the base - Not marking it down for that as knew prior to purchase and just my preference, but I will probably need to add another piece of wood to close the gap so the bench cushion doesn't keep slipping out.. Otherwise this is a lovely, decently priced 3 seater wooden bench.. Very Happy¬

Looks good,fairly heavy.Looks nice.Wrapped well.All components arrived.Is not that easy to build as screws weren’t going in very well.You need someone that knows what they are doing.Make sure you use right size screw driver.You get what you pay for .It’s fine as long as you don’t use it too much.Compared to ready built ones that cost around £250 it is good value for money.
