Not sure how, but my charging case locking mechanism broke, preventing the lid from closing. I was worried about having to replace the charging case, and then I found this. For ten bucks, I not only found a much cheaper solution to the lid closing problem, but found an even sturdier, more attractive case for my headphones. I was a little hesitant at first because another reviewer commented that they are not able to wirelessly charge with this case, but I have not had that issue. My headphones charge with no problem on my wireless charging mat. Great buy!

Doesn't fit the the Bose Quietcomfort earbuds. DO NOT BUY.

The latch on my case broke so I needed a way to secure my ear buds so they would charge. My only complaint is if the adhesive gets to warm it will fall off. I resecured mine once and they have been good so far.

I had a protective case on my earbuds. One day it hit the floor while it was open and the latch that closes the case broke off on my bose earbud case. I am so happy to find this case protector. It's great quality. Secures your earbuds and has a great layer of protection. You can still see your charging lights, and access to the charging port. Also worked great with my cordless charging pod. If you want protection or your latch is broken, this is the solution!!!

Had a crack in the normal case so this came really handy as i dont have to worry about the crack anymore.

This product is for you if you have a pair of QC35s and the little cheap latch to the existing Bose case broke. You are probably here because you contacted Bose and they told you too bad....buy another pair for a discount of $190.So let's talk about what this is. This is a plastic molded 2 piece case that goes over your existing broken (or not) Bose case. You attach the bottom piece by dropping the bottom of the case in. You attach the top piece by peeling off a piece of 3m tape and attaching the aftermarket top to the top of your Bose case. There is then a latch in the front that supposedly holds this all together.Now let me reiterate.....this is two pieces with one attached with tape! If you think you are going to let it dangle on the back of your backpack or somewhere else with the attached carabiner you are fooling yourself!If you bought it just to hold your case closed and carry it in an enclosed pocket or just to have around the house it works great! Even does wireless charging through the case! Just remember it is held together by the tape and the clasp in front. There are no connections between top and bottom on the back side of the case! The first one I received had to be returned because the clasp was not tight.For what it is it works great and definitely beats the bose offer of replacing the whole thing when your headphones work just fine. If the description had been a bit clearer about the shortcomings it would have been appreciated.
