Purchased for my mum who suffers from trigeminal neuralgia. Both heat and cold can relieve the pain, and she has found this gel pack very helpful in alleviating some of the discomfort. It is a very good size and has also been used for other muscular problems in the household. It heats up effectively in the microwave you just need to keep a check on it regularly rather than putting it on for an extended amount of time. It has been used many times for both heat and cold and is very durable.

I bought this item for my boyfriend as he'd had m injury and wanted something good that we could reuse. This definitely hit the mark with us.It arrived promptly. It was a fair price and is big enough to mold easily to the body part you need to put it on.It took around 4-5 hours to fully freeze for us to use but that wasn't a problem.Really happy and have nothing negative to say.

Had a lot of these, they work well but do fatigue and leak after frequent use.

Good quality for the price. A thin cover would be nice but it's easy to cover or just put over your clothes. Still flexible enough to put around a joint when used straight from the freezer too. Would recommend.

It's OK for cold, but useless for heat. Difficult to heat evenly stays warm for less than 10 min.

Se queda mas duro que una piedra y hay que esperar a que se descongele. Una patata.Mis anteriores bloques se quedaban fríos pero no duros, con lo cual este no se puede acoplar al cuerpo hasta que no se descongela.En fin, una decepción muy grande. Dinero tirado a la basura.

Gel nickel moi je le mais environ 30 seconde au micro ondes mais pas sur la peau directement sinon brûlure. Au début petite odeur désagréable mais après nickel

S'il est indéniable qu'il refroidit bien la zone où on l'applique, au travers d'un tissus ou même de sopalin, il faut tenir compte qu'au sortir du congélateur, il est très dur et non malléable. Il convient de le laisser se réchauffer quelques minutes avant de l'appliquer et de lui laisser prendre la forme, de l'articulation par exemple. Je n'ai pas observé cela avec le 1°pack et du coup, il s'est craqué et cela fuit légèrement.
