We recommend an 8ft high ceiling for all drills, except swinging skills which should have a taller ceiling height like 10 feet.

No. You need to buy it seperately.

It is 125 lbs., however my husband weighs 205 and the wood bar doesn't even give when he swings on it. My daughter weighs 135 lbs and she is on them every day. The bars are very well made and well worth the money. Hope this helps!
