is what it says and arrived in good time, not a lot to say, oh you get a free scope to measure and packaging is ok. This review is being copy pasted for the 3 recent products I bought with Bulk Powders just in case people see 3 reviews same, just I am just as happy with the 3 products so am copy paste to save time. Stuff tastes like mycelium! I dont like mushrooms.Mix a teaspoon of chocolate powder with 2/3 scoops of this. Masks it nicely.I have it with coffee in the evenings, it creates a oily film on the surface. I find it quite relaxing, nice to have in the evenings before bed.I'm usually awake at 5:30 - having had this the night before, lucky if I see 7am!

Helps me a bit with my back pain. If you can come up with any ideas that release your own bodies natural endorphins.... running maybe? or what ever, they stick around longer and I notice that after a couple of days this helped my back pain reduce.

The packaging says it's 100% DLPA, however it's recommended to use 2 scoops to achieve daily dose. I found that I need to use 2.5gr instead of 0.6gr to achieve expected results, so it's not as pure of a quality product. It also has stronger taste than other quality amino acids. When something is much cheaper, there has got to be a catch.

i got results almost the week i started using it, my body seems to absorb it a lot better tyrosine and it tastes better too.

Had no effect whatsoever for me at lower doses but on taking larger amounts it did work but not as well as more expensive brands in capsule form but at least this has no fillers.

Hier handelt es sich um DL-Phenylalanin.Das bedeutet es ist ein Gemisch aus D-Phenylalanin und L-Phenylalanin.In der Natur kommt allerdings nur die L-Version vor und unser Körper kann auch nur dieses L-Enantiomer verwerten.Ein Gemisch zu kaufen ist deswegen schon blöd, weil man sich die Hälfte ja eigentlich sparen könnte.Auf Wikipedia kann man nachlesen, dass das L-Phenylalanin bitter schmeckt. Das D-Phenylalanin hingegen süß.Es sind sogar Erkennungsschwellenwerte angegeben. (inkl. Quellenangabe)Beim L-Phenylalanin liegt dieser bei 5-7 mmol/L, beim D-Phenylalanin bei 1-3 mmol/l.Die Einheit mmol/l ist eine in der Chemie geläufige Konzentrationsangabe, aber das nur nebenbei.Die Zahlen sprechen allerdings für sich. 1-3 ist deutlich niedriger als 5-7. Das bedeutet, dass das D-Phenylalanin eher wahrgenommen wird als das L-Phenylalanin.Das dieses Pulver also süß schmeckt, ist normal.Qualität ist gut und Preis ist auch in Ordnung.

ich nehme abends vorm schlafen einen 3/4 messlöffel mit flüssigkeit. kann super einschlafen, träume oft intensiv und bin am nächsten tag fast schmerzfrei (probleme mit der hüftmuskulatur) da ich noch andere aminosäuren nutze, kann ich die wirkung auf motivation nicht einschätzen

Ich kann mich nur meinen Vorrednern anschließen. Dieses Pulver schmeckt süßlich, was ich von Phenylalanin sonst nicht gewohnt bin. Eine spürbare Wirkung kann ich auch kaum spüren, evtl. greift hier nur der Placebo-EffektPro- schönes design- mit MesslöffelContra- merkwürdiger Geschmack- keine besondere Wirkung spürbar auch nicht bei höherer DosierungIch bin nicht wirklich von diesem Produkt überzeugt und werde in Zukunft wohl auf eine andere Marke zurückgreifen.

Ich nehme es als bestandteil der ess.aminosäuren...soll auch als schmerzmittel dienen.bei mir hat es nicht geklappt.messlöffel dabei ..
