I Am Here Now: A creative mindfulness guide and journal

Playful, fun, insightful.... A lovely book!
Such a wonderful book! What I love about it is that there is an activity for every aspect of life. For example, there is the ‘page of rage’ to help with letting out angry feelings, and there are also prompts to list all the things that make us feel happy. If you want to unleash your creative side there is a page to draw a sketch of a flower, or a map grid to create a map of all the cool places that we could meditate around our local area. There’s a chewing gum meditation, a star gazing meditation, a tea drinking meditation, and so much more! One of my favourite exercises is the ‘Gratitude alarm’ which prompts you to set hourly alarms on your phone to remind you to think of things you’re grateful for. It really helps lift my mood.

Full of mindful but fun activities to help you live and concentrate on the here and now
The media could not be loaded. I didnt know what to expect when i ordered i am here now from the mindfulness project as I have tried mindfulness meditation in the past and have struggles with being in the moment but as I suffer from extream depression and anxiety I figured that it was worth a try.Right from the moment I recived it I was impressed with the amount of pages you get for your cash and each page is full of fun interesting activity to work through all of which are designed to have the mindful effect of living and concentrating in the moment I have had this book for just over a week and was so impressed by it that I have purchased another one for my 14 year old daughter who also struggles with behaviour issues and anxiety hoping that it will help her like it seems to be helping me

Nice book, lots of ways to help yourself
Seems really good, have only been using it for a short while, but I like it already. I really like the writers style. It is difficult to motivate oneself with a little one to run around after, not to mention the interrupted sleep and difficulty getting around to having a meal at the right time, as being too busy sorting out the laundry, the baby's food and a million and one other things that new mothers have to deal with. With all of that in mind, if this writer had been the slightest bit annoying, I would not have had the patience. Thankfully, it has a pleasant style. Now the issue is finding the time to read it more. Please give this review a like if you find it helpful, thank you for reading.

Fantastic book!
What a fantastic book. I'm buying another for myself. I've had CBT sessions and this looks to be a great practice book for some of the techniques, with creative tasks to make you think and get involved with. Good travel size, clean and clear designs for a clear mind. Just get it.

Very creative mindfulness journal
I’ve really enjoyed this book and the exercises and activities it contains. I’ve been meditating on and off for a while, but not as regularly as I’d like. This book is getting me back on track thanks to its variety – every time I do an exercise I’m curious as to what the next one will be. I would also recommend it to people who haven’t taken a meditation class but are curious to know what mindfulness is all about.

The only thing I need
Probably one of my favourite books. I recommend this book to everyone who seems as thought they need it, but really everyone could do with this book! Pretty sure there would be world peace if everyone owned and used a copy of it. This book has helped me so much in terms of my mindfulness, and I have never felt better in my own body, my own decisions and in myself in general. HIGHLY recommended.
