Still doesn’t charge faster than battery drains
I bought the Thunderbolt 4 dock for my Thinkpad only to be met with warnings that the charging rate was insufficient. I figure okay I guess it’s not delivering enough power over just the Thunderbolt 4 cable so I’ll get this. Plug it in and I have the same problem. If I disconnect the thunderbolt 4 half of the connector to see if just the power adapter is doing anything, it isn’t. $250 dock and $50 cable and it can’t even charge the laptop. Trash.

Convenient and strong
Great design for the matching Lenovo docks. Coupling the connectors together strengthens them and reduces the stress on the connectors and prolongs their life.

Lose connection
Works ok but the power port to the computer is a little lose in the connector pins and if touched can cause computer to stop charging. New computer and charger with computer works fine so I’m positive it’s the plug on the cable that is used itself.

This is a great length for connection dock to laptop for connection and charging all in one cable.

Picture shows thunderbolt 3 but as per description received thunderbolt 4 cable written 4 on it. Cable is very expensive but works at least expensive docking station is wasted. Happy to buy.

The cable only passes power to the laptop, ethernet and displays are not passed I've returned it, but the seller did not provide a return shipping label and was refunded 80%
