ROLL Recovery R8 (Alpine White) - Deep Tissue Massage Roller

I love the R8 Recovery Roller! I work in a pharmacy and I use this after a long day at work. It helps my calves, quads, hamstrings, even my hips. This is a great recovery tool. For anyone who thinks the price is too high, you won't regret purchasing it. I even took it with me on vacation and it just goes to show how travel friendly it is. It truly lives to it's claim and a portable foam roller.

This thing is great. Definitely works!I am worried about the thin plastic piece that holds the spring in place on the outside. (See pic)Anyone with a basic understanding of engineering can see this will surely be a point of failure. At this price point I expected better engineering for longevity.

This is a great device and I had to return it because I can’t adjust a force was difficult to hold it at appropriate pressure. It is bummer b/c bought on good price and now have to get their same roller which has adjuster on top but this version is 169.99 $. Highly recommend buy this adjusted version because you will be able to dial pressure with the knob on top and no struggle to keep it open for your needs. Otherwise very sturdy device and looks like will last. It will work potentially for people who have strong arms to keep for needed pressure. Everyone else should consider with a dial on top but it is more pricey. Thank you

Great roller! I use it all the time after my runs. It hurts at first but once you break it in then it feels amazing

I have pseudo/false sciatica and this mechanism with the rollerblade wheels works really well to provide a deep tissue massage. I find this to be far more effective at loosening the muscles than a massage gun. It takes some getting used to as the pressure is quite strong, but I highly recommend it.

This particular version of this roller is NOT ADJUSTABLE for the tension of the spring. Later versions ARE adjustable. DO NOT BUY. My wife (a master's athlete) does not have the strength to use it, and I (currently #1 in the superweight throw in the world for my age group) can use it only with considerable difficulty).

I have little muscles and more fat. And yes this is excellent waulity heavy duty. i didn't mind the weight but it hurts. i tried my arms and my calves hurts so much! and my thighs were ok but i had to pull it apart more to get it to not hurt. so for me if i kept it i would need to buy two changeable cushions which would make it expensive. but i can see this is great for those who work out in the gym with really large muscles it's like getting a very strong massage.

Love this tool! The only thing that would make it better is of there was a quick adjust tensioner to adjust for different parts of the body (leg/arm). I use it frequently and owned one of the original ones as well (gave it away when downsizing and immediately regretted it).

I NEVER leave reviews, so the fact I'm leaving one now shows how good this device is. Make no mistake! It is a miracle and well worth the money. I have chronic achilles tendinitis due to high arches, weak core and being overweight. I'm really trying to fix myself and after 1 session with this thing I felt great. My calves are so tight which is causing so many problems. It really does hurt to use for the first few times but we'll worth the time and effort

Love this thing, especially from sore legs due to soccer. Feel noticeably less tight after. It's hard to get it around the glutes but it's perfect for quads, hamstrings....

Excellent tool for rolling a relaxed muscle. You can actually sense what tissues are binding and target areas that need attention.
