These are very good value compared to most brands and retailers. It’s difficult to know how well they are working at providing my body with Calcium, but I have no lines in my nails that might indicate a lack of the mineral. They are very easy to swallow and the only thing bad about them is their taste, however that is not to say that they taste or smell any better or worse than other Calcium supplements.

I've ordered from Oxford Vitality a number of times. I've never been disappointed. Their products are very high quality and a reasonable size. Some supplements are so huge and leave a nasty aftertaste, not so with theirs. There never seems to be any unnecessary fillers in the ingredients lists. Will continue to order from them as long as the prices stay reasonable. Fast delivery too.

Personally, I like the fact that they are broken up into doses of three tablets so you can vary the amount according to your diet at the time. Someone posting another review said, as they are on a dairy free diet, they have been recommended to take a whopping 1250mg. Well, not wanting to develop kidney stones, I will stick with the 800mg these contain as the RDA is 700mg - and I am also on a dairy free diet, but know that our ordinary diet also contains calcium from other sources apart from dairy.

These tablets are massive and chalky and extremely unpleasant to swallow. And, to make matters worse, the serving is three tablets. I've taken them for a few days but they really are awful. I'll be throwing the rest away, which is such a waste. I'm really unhappy with these and will certainly not be purchasing them again.

On the advice of a doctor I bought the tablets after looking at other brands and found that they were the best at the price. When I bought them, l showed to my local pharmacy to make sure that they where what I needed

Have been taking for years with other vitamins. I feel it’s necessary as you age.
