Awesome value for money. The quality is great it and dissolves easily in liquid or shakes easily. I mainly use l- glutamine it to improve my muscle mass and digestion.

Great product works well, I bought this as a recommendation from a friend after telling him that after a hard session at the gym I ached for days causing limiting my days at the gym and all the hard work going to waste, he recommended this product and what can I say besides wow I took this one scoop every day with a protein shake and I didn’t ache at all I was doing 3 hour sessions days at a time and didn’t ache at all absolutely brilliant and the bonus is it doesent have a taste so I could mix it with a shake and couldn’t tell it was In there

I've read that glucosamine can be a replacement for sugar in the diet and as I'm in the process of weaning myself down and I already take a bcaa whilst I train but no extra protein supplements this option from bulk supplements seemed like the best option. I have bought bulk supplements before and not had any problems being very happy with the product. It comes in a zip lock type bag, bigger than I expected and is a white powder, the consistency of icing sugar with a slight sweetness to it when tasted. It mixes well in water when swirled with a fork or shaker bottle but gives no taste to water. I take one scoop at night and one in the morning but I'm aiming for three. Having only taken it for a week with two gym sessions in that period of time I can't see any immediate effects but over time I'm hoping to see decreased muscle soreness and the ability to maintain muscle mass along with a good balanced diet. It has had one effect that taking it seems to reduce my sugar cravings. I'll edit this review sometime in the future with any updates.

Good to mix in with other flavoured powders like creatine or pre workout

Easy to add to my daily routine as it tastes like nothing so I can drink it anytime of day (three times as recommended, before each meal on an empty stomach for gut healing post antibiotics).

As my title states, the berry flavour is absolutely disgusting.It's sickly sweet to the point of making me almost be physically sick, it is like pure sugar but a million times more sickly.Then the flavour itself is just awful, not sure if they're available worldwide or not, but if you're in the UK you will know what cherry flavour Tunes taste like, the sweet you get for a sore throat... It tastes like that, almost a menthol kind of cherry taste but so sweet on top of it you might want to be sick!Used the unflavoured before and it's so much better than this, the entire bag of this berry flavour, bar the one mouthful I took, will be going straight in the bin as its that bad.Absolutely disgusting!
