Very good mat. The covers are good, but one already had a small tear, showing that they are not that thick, so I expect a limited use. We.have been using these outdoors with our gymnastics bars. They get put away into a storage container after use. We don't allow shoes on the mats to prolong their life. I suspect one good heel would tear the cover. Overall I'm very happy with the mats and their quality, given the price is less than half of comparable mats. Highly recommended.

Nice large size, thick foam. Not sure how long the cover will last if put to hard use, but great for yoga and stretching.

Excellent mat for doing a variety of floors exercises. Easy to get out and pack up. Good quality product which looks like it should last if it’s looked after.

I bought this for the gym for floor work. Haven't used it too much, but it's very thick and soft. Definitely comfortable and you could use it as a camping bed. The dog liked to play on it as well which was strange but there you go!

I was amazed how much difference such a thicker mat made to my situps compared to the usual yoga mats or thinner exercise mats. It allows you to elevate yourself much higher, as there is less impact on the spine. Definitely worth the extra money. It also folds away very nicely. Excellent product.

I bought this to place under my doorway pullup bar after the bar slipped on one occasion and I fell. Admittedly it was my fault as I hadn't tightened the pullup bar sufficiently before using it. Nevertheless, I wanted to be safe and have some protection in case this happened again. The mat is good quality, offering substantial cushioning and I'm confident it will protect me in the event of a fall. It can even double as a spare mattress.

More expensive than other matts but worth it. I've been jumping on it for over a year, and even thrown heavy dumbells on it, and it has not shown any sign of wear and tear. Very comfortable if your doing any exercises while on your back as well. Difference between this and other matts I've used is night and day. If anything ever happens to it I would not hesitate to just buy it again, but so far it looks just as new as the day I got it.

This is a good exercise mat; plenty thick enough to substantially reduce shock to the joints/body while fast-paced stepping in place. The mat would be even better if it were a bit firmer. I would rate it as 80% firm. Proiron calls the mat "anti-slip", but it still slips some on laminate flooring, even though I have put down sticky mat between the exercise mat and the floor. Nevertheless, I would still purchase this mat all over again.
