Art Stamping Workshop Paperback

Her style is unique yet very approachable and you can tailor each project to your own style if you wish. As an experienced carver I have found this a good book to recommend to friends for a basic "textbook" in the art form. When you've completed the book you'll be ready to tackle any new project on your own.

Beautiful book - so helpful!

This is an excellent book for crafters. Not only does author Gloria Page provide instructions on how to carve stamps and stamping techniques, there are also suggestions on where to get inspiration, as well as fun projects. The book is full of ideas of what you can stamp, what you can stamp on and the art and crafts you can create with stamps.If you've only used bought stamps, why not carve your own unique designs? If you've only been stamping on paper, why not experiment with other surface materials like tiles, leather, wood, polymer clay and even rocks? And don't limit yourself to 2D projects, go on and create 3D items like stamped bags, boxes, jewelry and a candle tower. This inspiring book will show you how.

This is an older book but it has some good ideas even if it is dated a bit. Good photography of artwork.
