Having suffered with golfers elbow for over 6 months and trying various other options I was very glad to try this and find its actually doing a decent job to relieve the pain in my elbow. It is not overly tight or hot and can be worn under a normal shirt without being visible if required.

I've been suffering with tennis elbow for a while now and was lent a support sleeve from a colleague which improved my symptoms, especially as I have a labour intensive job. After browsing many support sleeves I settled on the ionocore due to the reasonable cost and good reviews. I measured my arm as instructed and preferred the compression over comfort so as my arm measured 30cm I chose the medium (27-31cm). After receiving my sleeve I was disappointed to find I struggled to get the forearm cuff section over my hand and it was too tight to pull up my arm, so was no good for me. As the product info stresses "IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH SIZING, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT", I contacted ionocore through Amazon at 11pm and was surprised to get a reply some 15 mins later offering a free replacement posted to me in the next day's first post. Having received the large sleeve, I've used it to help with my tennis elbow pain, the compression gives me the support I need and takes away some of the pain that I suffer with and it's comfortable too! I highly recommend the product and with the knowledge that if there are any issues, ionocore are keen to sort them out, you can't go wrong with this!

It is comfortable and does the job but after a few weeks has gone loose and lost its shape

Lightweight material, using on elbow as have Tennis Elbow. Not too much compression that it hurts. Bought XL for this reason as wanted something not too tight as that causes more pain for me. Good quality and comfortable, doesn’t slip at top, value for money

Bought 2 sleeves (1 for work & 1 for home) to provide support to elbow as diagnosed with 'golfers elbow ' measured as per instruction but the size I measured at was too tight after it was leaving marks on my upper arm. It provided support to elbow but the tight restriction could have caused a clot formation in arm. Advised by physiotherapist that if you cannot get 1 finger between skin & elastic it is too tight! Advised to use the versions that use velcro fastening. I measured according to instruction advice as a M but I needed a L.

Great quality product, good price. Size guide is accurate too.

From the picture I was expecting this elbow sleeve to be mid bicep to mid forearm, but it came all the way down to my wrist it was so long! The fabric is also very thin so I wouldn't expect much support or protection. Have returned it.
