Product does what it says on the tin, but disgraceful in this day and age that old ones STILL cannot be recycled. Would prevent me from buying another fridge of this make in future.

it fits as it should and filters the water ok.

i have ordered this product seven times with no issues. This last order arrived and the filter doesn't fit. You can tell it is different from the previous filter and will not screw in place. Very disappointed.

I used this product for my Samsung american fridge freezer great value for money so easy to install and now I have fresh water again will definitely buy from this company again genuine Samsung water filter for the price I bought it for is great thanks again

I have purchased this filter for several years with no problem. I purchased two in December 2018, my fridge required replacement in March 2019. Would not fit, the lugs being changed to a different size. Samsung responded that my freezer could be adapted for a new external water filter at a cost. With comparing shape of old filter to new one we cut the lug to fit and it now works fine. Very disappointed that there was no communication regarding the style change and difference in fit. Once current new filters are finished I will be adapting to the external water filter.... at a cost... my fridge freezer is 12 years old, so feel I can’t complain too much, but not happy with lack of information.....

Being a genuine Samsung spare it fitted perfectly and surprisingly enough was on par price wise with non original items.
