It's too big so you will have to shorten the elastic to make it suit. I managed to tie them in a knot without causing damage to the actual product which seemed enough.I am asthmatic and so it isn't great to breath if you require longtime useIt looks awesome though!

Impressed with packaging own hair nets, after a shake came up really well, full and bushy and elastic on beard can be tightened with a knot to fit. Good value for money
