Waxed Cord Imitation Leather Thread Braided Waxed String, Black (160 Meters, 0.5 mm Diameter)

Unsure if there is 160 meters of this (do not wish to unravel to check) so...hoping there is at least a reasonable quantity as, at first glance, it looks like fair quality. Guess I'll be writing another review if it disappoints when I've tried it. So far, so good. :)

Note sure if it is actually waxed cord, but who cares? Works just as well, although with thicker cord it will usually hold quite well after a being wound for a few days, this doesn't hold as well. However I've only ever used cord twice as thick, at 1mm thick and I think it's a reasonable explanation for why this happens. Have used it for both leather sewing and binding a few stones.

I brought this product to repair a bracelet, although it is a very strong cord it has no give/ stretch what so ever so will need to find another way to tie it to make it adjustable.

This cord is strong yesBut it’s not flexible at all so no good for bracelets so don’t buy if you want it to flex or stretch
