Are these Keto?

Yes.  Generally speaking, the goal of a keto diet is low carb, moderate protein, high fat. Despite what others say, these are perfect for keto. Directly from the National Institue of Health: The dietary macronutrients are divided into approximately 55% to 60% fat, 30% to 35% protein and 5% to 10% carbohydrates.  It's important to note that the macro targets are for the DAY, not every single thing you eat. So, you can have these chips and complement them with a high fat dip made of mayo/sour cream which would be a perfect snack. It's ideal to get the proper macro balance in a meal, but other comments that imply these aren't keto simply because they don't have the proper ratio is absurd. Very few individual foods have that ratio- you combine foods to get to that ratio.

Does this contain potatoes?  First it says it is free of potatoes then below the product, in the listing, it says it contains "real potatoes"? Huh?

I'm not sure if it did before, they recently changed the net carbs from 4 to 2. Here is the exact ingredients listed: Protein blends (milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate), high oleic sunflower oil, corn starch, psyllium husk. Contains less than 2% of following: sea salt, yeast extract, calcium carbonate and natural flavors. Total carbs 4 grams, but 2 grams fiber so net carbs 2. Very tasty!
