Flavour is immaterial - it is an effective fibre for the maintenance of good bowel function.

Have used this for many years, would purchase from a high street chain health food store, which without explanation ceased to stock item. It i simple to prepare , two teaspoons mixed with water, but, be aware it is not designed to dissolve but remains in suspension. This must be consumed immediately as it forms a gel after a while, this helps aid bowel regularity. If you need to promote regularity it is worth a try.
