Best headphones ever!
By far the best headphones I’ve had. Not only affordable, comfortable & good sound quality but robust & able to cope with often being tugged and thrown around in the bottom of my rucksack.

What you would expect for around £10
It is exactly what you would expect for this amount of money. The sound quality is a bit tinny, but still miles better than a no-name pair of buds. I am no audiophile, but got these as backups for my £70 wireless buds, and the difference is significant. Distortion at higher volumes is noticeable, and the soundstage is meh.Build quality is surprisingly good, I will see after a few weeks if they last. It has no "wings" or any extra shape to fit your ear, just the classic bullet design, so it gets a bit uncomfortable after a while, and they are easier to accidentally yank out of your ear.Weirdly a microphone piece on the cable has no volume controls or start-stop button, the only button on it starts the voice assistant.

Broke after only 7 months
I've been using these earphones for only 7 months and the left earbud has suddenly stopped working...Absolutely garbage, especially considering I was only using them for my PC i.e. not moving them around or bending them or anything that might have justified their extremely short lifespan...These are the first earbuds I have used in 10 years that have lasted for such a short time.. Completely unacceptable

Good build quality, terrible bass
I like the flat cable and the overall quality of the headphones is great but the bass is almost non-existent.If you like very clear sound maybe for listening to others speak I think this would be great but they seem to be lacking when it comes to music.Personally not for me due to the lack of bass but it might just be preference.

Very good
Like most JBL products, excellent value for money. Very good sound (powerful bass), and very good-looking metal made.

Okay sound (with EQ), poor quality control
Needed a new set of earphones and chose these as they were on sale for £14 and JBL was a brand I trusted. All my speakers, from my 20yr old hifi speakers to my portable one, are JBL and sound amazing, especially for the price, so I had relatively decent expectations, at least for sound.Main issue is that they have awful quality control, as the majority of other reviews mention. Mine came with the right one slightly quieter than the left. Decided to live with it as I could fix it with the balance setting on my phone and I couldn't be bothered retiring them. A few weeks later they both stopped working, thankfully I could return them. A couple years ago I had the t210s that are the cheaper pair, also on this listing, and they had the same issue. I had 3 different sets of those until I gave up and got a refund.Sound is far from the standard I expected from JBL. Without EQ, highs are painfully sharp with little detail and quite a lot of sibilance. Bass is loud but poorly controlled and not really deep either. No soundstage or imaging but most in ears struggle with that. Overall the sound signature is just loud. Bass and treble overpower everything creating a messy overwhelming sound. The highs gave me headaches. With EQ you can tame the highs a bit and they don't sound too bad but nothing special. Been a while since I've used apples earphones but, from memory, they sounded better. The AKG ones that came with my Samsung are leagues better. The design of the earphones themselves is nice. They look and feel and lot better than they are. They're metal so feel nice but they're still lightweight. Branding is really subtly and only really visible in the right light. Cable is ok. Came really jagged from being bent in the packaging but they don't tangle. They fit okay. They go a bit deeper in the ear than I'm comfortable with but that does result in an solid seal so passive noise isolation is excellent. That also means that any pressure on them messes with the driver making a crinkling noise so no good if you sleep with them on.
