Aura Essential Oil Tranquility 0.50 Ounces

I love aura cacia brand oils. They have yet to disappoint! The lavender is strong and the smell makes me feel like I’m in a warm field of lavender. The bottle is easy to use and makes it easy to regulate how much oil you use, and also ensures nothing is wasted and will drain back into the bottle.I use the lavender mostly as a sleep aid now, and it is effective for me. I dab the bottle over my bedsheets and pillow before bed. Not only the scent itself is relaxing, but my body associates the oil with sleep time which helps me fall asleep faster. Plus it makes me smell nice!I also have used it in the past for fighting off acute anxiety attacks and it has helped a lot, sometimes being the tiny detail that prevents me from tipping over the edge.

UPDATE: I left the review below. However, the vendor promptly replied to my concern and corrected the issue. Under the circumstances, I will consider purchasing from this vendor knowing they will make good on product that has shipping issues. I also tried the product in my diffuser. While it is a strong scent, It does provide a relaxing atmosphere. I slept well. I will try mixing with a little grapefruit oil or lemon to adjust the scent a bit. But this seems to be a good relaxing oil to use in small amounts.First Review:Vendor attempted to package the oil in a way that prevented breakage. But the lid was not on the product well and it leaked in the bag. The scent of the product is strong. I am not sure how I will enjoy this in a diffuser. But I will give it a try and update this review. I most likely will not order from this vendor again. Not happy when oils leaking out during delivery.

Smelling this out of the bottle, I thought it was a very “nice”, sort of generically essential oil type scent~ I even wore it on my wrists with a carrier oil, and thought it was okay~ relaxing, but just okay.... fast forward to purchasing my first diffuser today, poured a few drops in and let me tell you, it is heaven!! :) It is true what I’ve read before in that some oils, you just can’t rely on bottle-smell alone; sometimes diffusing them helps to “open” them up, and that’s just what happened in this case, a beautiful mild scent that is indeed tranquil in its diffusion.

I purchased my second bottle of Tranquility on Amazon after having bought the first one from a local organic foods store and loving it. One bottle lasts a seriously long time - the first bottle lasted for a year - and the blend of oils is great. I use it as an addition to my face routine and it's been one of the most helpful products. It prevents and treats acne, dry skin, and oily skin very well. It has really helped my face balance out and always smells pleasant, which is never a bad thing. I have tried purchasing the individual oils used in this blend in the past, but they have never worked as well together as they do in this pre-blended version. It is also much cheaper to buy this blend instead of buying the individual ones so I'll definitely be using it for a while!

This didn't smell as good as I had hoped it would. It is a strong geranium oil scent which is fine with me as I love geranium essential oil. However I couldn't smell much else. There is a slight sour note in this mixed with the geranium. I wouldn't buy this one again although I do like this company's oils. I will be using this, as it is mostly pleasant, just not as great as I had hoped it would be. It is a bit of a camphor scent, or citronella, and is very pungent. I can't pick out any lavander or fir notes at all.I put two drops on my hand when I opened this in a dentist's waiting room and the assistant said to me I smelled like I had been at the spa. She didn't know I had put it on my hand but for two drops to allow others to smell it, it must be strong. And it does indeed smell like some spas, so that is a good thing. I am hoping it will grow on me as I get used to it.It took three weeks to arrive from the company.

I EVEN PUT A FEW DROPS ON A NON-FRAGRANCED DRYER SHEET AND THROW IN DRYER WITH CLOTHES...BEATS ANY SOFTNER FRAGRANCE OUT THERE!..ORP PUT 10 DROPS IN A CLEAN MISTER BOTTLE WITH 2 CUPS OF SPRING IR DISTILLED WATER (I SAY THIS BECAUSE MANY MUNICIPALITIES PUT CHLORINE IN THEIR WATER & IT ADDS A NEGATIVE COMPONENT TO THE COMBINATION, BUT IN A PINCH USE TAP WATER.,) TOSS THE BOTTLE TO BLEND AND MIST ANY ROOM YOU WANT TO GIVE IT A CALMING, RELAXING ATMOSPHERE....MANY OTHER USES...TRY IT!

Oh this is so wonderful!! Aura Cacia did it again!! I have been using their products for 25 years and they never let me down!!! I mixed it with sweet almond oil and use it for my arthritis in my spine, hips and thighs. I live in constant pain and wow I was so surprised the first time I put in on my back etc. felt better immediately. I would use a towel if you use it on your bed, it can harm the sheets..but I just lie on a huge towel and let it soak in...great for any pain you may have!!!!

I have used this for years and this is a replacement bottle for running out of the last one. It is a great fragrance and very 'fresh' so I also use it to freshen up the bed sheets mid week (what better place for tranquility?) and spritz around other places in the house where we spend a lot of time. I mix it with water in a spray bottle for this purpose. And I also diffuse it in a metal ring on the light bulbs. Very pure and powerful.

I have been using this oil for over a year now and love the smell.However, I am very disappointed that when my order arrived both bottles were half empty with oil inside the envelopes in which they were packed.
