Unfortunately I couldn't recommend this cutter at all. The first machine arrived damaged, and no cutting mat as advertised. The replacement machine was faulty. Documentation is almost none existent, no use whatsoever for someone new to Vinyl cutting, even if you are savvy with Printing and Computers etc. Company was very helpful in trying to get it working though. Ended up returning it for a refund, which Amazon handled very efficiently,

Good quality cutter. The free/included cutting mat was missing from the package
The device is a good quality cutter. The small downside is the cutting software for ARMS, which is just a plug-in for CorelDraw (so if you already have a Corel license you are OK, otherwise you need to buy something like FlexiStarter).The free/included cutting mat is missing from the package (at least this is was in my case).
