Such a beautiful watch. I loved it when I first saw it. Unfortunately, the strap kept opening, wouldn't stay closed. When I wanted to set it, the plastic thingy holding the stem open was missing, also the stem. So sad. I called Amazon and received a full refund and wasn't asked to return the watch. I may reorder another one and hope for the best. It is stunning. Great customer service.
