Good but a little rushed!
This is OK and Dharma Mittra appears knowledgeable and experienced. As a teacher of Yoga I thought I would purchase a DVD (and this one was recommended) for inspiration. Well put together but my only quip is the sequences are quite rushed due to Mr. Mittra packing too much in. If he had cut out 3 or 4 postures per sequence it would have been much better as then the practitioner gets to spend some time and is able to experience the postures during and after. Also there is guidance and Dhama answers common questions in a satsang. This was quite heartening to listen to but some of his answers to some common questions are fairly shallow. I also purchased DVD 2 but have not watched or followed this as yet....I expect it will be similar yet a little more in depth or advanced.Summary - I have seen and experienced better but once the sequences have been learned one can practice without the DVD and take a bit more time on the postures.
