Very happy feet.
these are so comfortable. They don't give much arch support but that is ok. They also feel very cooling on the feet, and importantly seem to stop foot odour. They are also easily moved between shoes.Trimming wasn't too difficult, I never seem to get that right, but I appear to have managed it with these. I did not trim the sides, just the toe and heel parts.Overall, I am happy with them. They haven't moved about and more importantly, my feet don't hurt as much.I think I will need to buy another pair and get a pair for my son too.

Overall, excellent support and comfy and great value for money.
This product was excellent value for money, better than most other products on the market for insoles. The gel on the bottom leaves your feet comfortable in shoes and the sizing guide is accurate. One small issue with the width as for the shoe I put them in, they where slightly too wide meaning I had to readjust them, however, once trimmed the sides fitted perfectly and the gel stop the insole from moving.

Good insoles but not great with sizing
These insoles are very comfortable on your feet if you can get them to fit inside your shoe properlyThe sizing on them are (us) sizesWhen you take UK sizing into account they still don't fit properlyThey make a squeaky nosie when walking with them on and they have no grip on the bottom so they just slide up and down the shoes

Comfy and easy to cut to size.
Easy to cut to size and certainly do the job, however the arch support is minimal. As I only needed these for wellies that get occasional use on short walks these were fit for purpose, but would opt for something with thicker soles and better arch support for everyday wear/long distance walking.
