Excellent product

Accurate, sturdy and really useful. Very good materials. Love the ability to measure angles and also insert points at measured distances. Clever and useful.

This is quite useful for marking out (see the product video for ideas as to what you can do with it), accuracy is OK if not brilliant. However you can't use it for checking an external right-angle (when planing wood square for example) because the protractor quadrant feature is in the way. Whether this is useful or very annoying is likely to depend on what you are using it for...

When making the Cabernet i was making, handy for marking out for screw holes makes the drilling for screw nice and neat (nothing looks worse than screw heads all over the place) although the hole in the rule are a bit small so make sure your pencil is good and sharp. Also use the protractor in marking angles for cutting, nice idea it being on the rule so if needed no having to go on a hunt for one around the workshop. The only gripe (and it's a small one) is i wish it was say 450mm long as this would have been more helpful for myself but not a major problem. So far it's stood up to life in the workshop but the paint has scratched, but no (as yet) sign of rust or peeling so again no probs. All in all great for it's purpose would give it 5 stars if it was stainless (and bit longer) but that's just me.

Nice unit. Surprisingly it has some weight to it which feels nice when squaring off a piece of wood. There isn't much flex in the steel which is also a good thing. When I matched it up to another square I found it wasn't quite at 90 degrees. Now if you loosen the 2 bolts holding the plastic base to the square you will see there is a little bit of play there. What I did was hold the plastic up against the square and retightened the bolts and then found the square was now at 90 degrees. Maybe when it comes out the factory, the bolts are done up and that's it. I guess every now and then I will have to just check. For the price it's a good square that will need some looking after.

I find this far more usable than more expensive versions. Now my go to square. The broader blade works better for me but that said I'm only using it for DIY projects and mainly on boards not timber.

This is a good tool, especially for the money, however there are a few niggles that make it less useful than on first appearance. The good: It's square, sturdy and well made. The niggles: It's printed, which I'd expect for this price, but The print is also very fine, so it will wear off quickly. The holes are way too big, they're about 2mm across which introduces too much variance when using a mechanical pencil.

This is my go to item when in the workshop, its pretty damn awesome, very handy, great value, wish i could attach it to my trousers as i am forever looking to see where i put it down last - great bit of kit !

Unfortunately as many other reviewers have written, this square is not square.

Prodotto di qualità superiore costruito con ottimi materiali per robustezza e qualità. La squadra ha tutta una serie di features che non sto qui ad elencare perché sono già presenti nella descrizione e su YouTube si trovano diversi video che mostrano quanto siano utili e facili da sfruttare per chiunque. Attrezzo che va oltre la normale squadra da laboratorio di falegnameria risultando versatile e solido per diversi usi non solo rivolti al fai da te ma indirizzandosi verso fasce altresì professionali, dove la robustezza e l'utilità la fanno da padroni. Ho preso la più piccola delle due versioni perché attualmente mi sembrava più compatta e in linea con l'uso che ne dovrei fare al momento, ma mi sono accorto che bisogna possedere anche la sorella maggiore perché mi farebbero comodo anche quei 20 cm in più, features annesse, sebbene possieda già una squadra di quella misura. In finale, sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto e della rapidità con cui Amazon mi ha inviato l'ordine e rimando ad una eventuale nuova recensione di una mia prossima squadra Wolfcraft, produttore che sino ad ora non mi ha mai deluso.
