Ordered this for my sons christmas present went to play a dvd on it this morning and wouldn't work not happy at all got a very upset child.. ive now gave it a 5 star as had excellent help and support on trying to fix it when that didnt work they sent me a brand new 1 out that has worked and now got a very happy little boy
