Miz Mooz Women's Pauline Wide Calf Boot

These are awesome looking boots, but the measurement of the shaft is smaller than stated. I would definitely recommend to someone with average calves!

First I would like to comment on amazon.com's excellent customer service. I order a size 7 wide calf, when they arrived at my house they had sent me one wide calf and one not wide calf and I was so bummed, I really liked them though, so I just exchanged them. I figured I would have to wait probably a week before I finally got the boots in the right size. No! After I received the original boots, I went on amazon and said I had to return these, within three hours some had sent me an email saying how sorry they were, and that a new pair was on their way to me overnight. I got them within 24 hours of telling amazon they had sent me the wrong size. I will never be afraid to order shoes online now that I know how easy it is to return them!On to the boots, they are super nice and comfortable. I am always a 6.5 but enough reviewers said to order a size up, so I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly, a 6.5 wouldn't have fit. My calves are a little less than 15 in, I debated between the regular ones and the wide calf ones, I am glad I went with the wide calf. If your calves are 14.25in or bigger, I would definitely go with the wide calf.These boots are very comfortable!

This is my third pair of wide calf boots from Miz Mooz. This pair fits small in the foot and is significantly wider in the calf than the other two. I'm hoping that the foot will relax, and I guess for once I can wear pants thicker than leggings inside a boot. I think it's a sign of serious inconsistencies that these are so different from the others I have. I'm glad they were so cheap or I'd be sending them back (at that price it's not worth the hassle).

I have 3 pairs of Miz Mooz, and I love them all. I've been looking for a nice looking, good quality wide calf tall boot for some time, and was excited to find these. My calves are a little over 17" around, and I could zip these up without a struggle. They're snug; I wouldn't be able to wear them with jeans, but I do think they'll stretch out a bit. I found them a bit tight in the foot, which was surprising since they're a 9, and my other Miz Mooz are the same size but I find them a bit big. I wore them around the house for awhile and could tell they were stretching out and got more comfortable.And I must say they're even nicer looking in person. Understated, but still funky. I should also mention that they are fitted in the ankle, and don't slouch! I've always found with wide calf boots that the ankle is too loose, leaving no support and looking sloppy.

These are not wide calf boots. The box was labelled wc but the boots were not. Had to return them.

I came across these boots late one night while surfing the web. I was afraid to buy online because I had never heard of them before and was not sure of the fit. They are a little snug. I checked for the next size but it was sold out. I fell in love with the boots and could not return them, no matter what the cost (got on sale). I have a slight rub on the heel of the right foot. I am hoping with wear that it will loosen up. The leather is beautiful and the wide calf is a plus. I am a Crossfit junkie and my calves will not fit in most regular width boots. All in all, I am pleasantly surprised and they are worth every penny.

I was looking for a wide calf boot and found these. They are perfect! After reading several reviews, I decided to purchase them in a half size larger than what I normally would wear, and I'm glad that I did. They are very comfortable and feel already broken in. My only complaint is that I cannot find them in the whiskey color in my size (I purchased them in black, but would love to have a brown pair). If you're looking for a great looking boot I highly recommend these!

I'm so happy with these boots. I especially like it when you have reviews to go by. I did buy them a 1/2 size larger as the reviews stated and they fit wonderful. I put them on immediately and wore them shopping for three hours. Very comfy and they fit my 16" athletic calves very comfortably. The rounded toe on this boot is nice because "no squished" toes.
