I have a pathological dislike of cleaning windows and anything glass. no matter how hard I try, or what I use, i always get streaks. I also have a black glass splashback behind the cooker which never looks as clean as Id like it. However, with two squirts of water and this cloth, the splashback was gleaming and streak free for the first time. I used it on the cooker front, the stainless steel hob, the work surfaces and all my windows, with water only, and all came up perfect first time, with very little effort. I am now retired, so have a long history of failed glass cleaning!! This is the first product I have ever found that does the job I need it to. Marvellous! im getting several more in case this one wears out!

This cloth is a modern miracle. Just add water to the surface that you would like polished to a mirror and dry with this cloth. Absolutely amazing. I have just purchased a second one after still marvelling at my first purchase, each time I use it. So my lovely Jos, had one of these, and we called it the 'Jos cloth'Eversince our whole house searches for these cloths, for devices, glasses, mirrors, smears, smudges, marks and spills! They are fantastic in fact most cleaning cloths in our house are now varying versions of the E-cloth and they are all so far fantastic, this one in particular collects dust like nothing I have ever seen!

Having tried a few varieties of window cleaning methods I approached this product with more caution. I've used another cloth which claimed to be the best of its type but it leaves lint and streaks after cleaning. So, another cloth, another promise. This time I asked more questions, specifically about the sunlight test. This is where you really get to see how well the cloth performed. Had some tips on not having the windows too wet as this reduces the success rate and increases likelihood of smearing. Also, too dry a window will cause the cloth to drag, so gauging the right balance is key.Wiped the windows with a chamois using a respected liquid solution, dried it with the E-Cloth and waited for the sun to shine directly on the windows. It looked promising for a while, until I got the right angled sunlight. There it was, smears, not as much as the other cloth, but smears nonetheless. Could it be that I need to get the solution mixed just right? Could it be I need to have the wetted-windows balance more precise?I give this a better-than-average rating as it is an improvement upon previous attempts. Perhaps I'll come back to this and update any future advancement but for now the sunlight test is still the benchmark for determining how well any window cleaning apparatus performs.
