Strada Slim

This computer has been installed on my mountain bike for about a month now and have experienced no problems as yet. Both the computer and the sensor are very slim and unobtrusive and the wireless aspect is very good as I hate trailing extra cables around my bike. They both attach by rubber band and come with various sizes for different size bikes, and although this is meant for road bike use, I managed to fit the sensor on my front forks without any issues. The computer setup was very simple and the batteries in the computer and sensor are still working fine, would definitely recommend this product!

This computer is better than my standard Strada. Apart from being slimmer the sensor fits the forks better and the display seems clearer to me. It was easy to fit and set up and I'm very happy with it.

This should come with a warning that its only to be used for road bikes with very narrow forks. The sensor fits on the inside of the fork and sits flush and the instructions state it needs to be 17/20mm away from the magnet on spokes. Totally impossible to achieve on my bike without putting it so low on fork that the bloody thing is totally inaccurate. On two rides its miles off and the speed is way too high than actual. I tried to combat this by packing out the sensor with rubber and positioning where they state it should be but it still has to push out from fork way too far and does not come with anything that helps. Totally useless and I need to return but I stupidly threw out packing. Avoid this garbage unless you have road bike.

Wanted it for a static bike. Previous cateye had transmitted from back wheel to display but this one doesn't - has only a 20-60cm range which is not flagged on specs. Assumes front wheel mounting

well designed and easily installed unit giving all data needed for training on the bike including on a turbo trainer.

Im using cateye computers since I was small kid. They never let me down. Cateye strada slim is cute small computer. Works great. Super easy instalation.

Wireless works fine, Speed display is clear. Not a good option if you want to keep track of your overall mileage. It resets itself far too easily!. If you drop it, understandably the connection the the battery could be lost, but numerous times I've put it in a pocket and lost all of my data. Then have to go through the fiddly process of resetting the time, wheel size, display preferences, and if I can remember it the mileage. My old computer could just be kept in the bike helmet, but due to the small size this one woud just fall out so a pocket is the easiest option to prevent losing it.. I'm going to experiment with tape over the back to hopefully reduce the problem.

Schön klein und kompakt. Gut ablesbar am Tag. Im Dunkeln sieht man leider null. Da würde eine kleine Hintergrundbeleuchtung helfen. Ansonsten mag ich es

Producto pésimo, las especificaciones y limitaciones no se especifican en la página. Los sensores no funcionan de forma precisa y es muy difícil de programar.

Ottimo ciclo-computer, senza fronzoli e di facile installazione. Si configura facilmente grazie anche alle istruzioni in italiano. Tutte le cose importanti sono a disposizione in un click. In pratica ogni volta che si preme il tasto centrale si visualizzano la velocità corrente, la velocità media, quella di punta, la distanza ecc... È molto compatto quindi risulta discreto alla vista ed inoltre si vede molto bene al sole. Consigliato.

I have two of these, both on 52cm frame road bikes and they work great. They were easy to set up and mount, and I have not had any sensing problems. The display is easy to read despite the small size.
