Thomas & Friends BML07 Percy, Thomas the Tank Engine Trackmaster Toy Engine, Toy Train, 3 Year Old

Nice train, Percy from the Thomas tank engine series. Quite a lightweight plastic engine and truck, powered by batteries. It works on the old tomy train track that we have from the 1990s but is not as sturdy as the original train from the set. However, it does mean that my grandson will be able to play with his dad’s old trainset even though the old train itself doesn’t work due to the batteries having been left in for many years.

Useful motorised engine, which will run on floors and doesn't need track. Weak point could be the plastic connectors which seem a little weak and might break off when subjected to the force of a three year old child. Time will tell. For now, he loves the little engine so much that I'm considering buying shares in Duracell!

Thomas obsessed toddler loves it. Well made and batteries last a while but connection between carriage a little fragile, but has survived a number of throws on hard floor! Drives on wooden and thomas track master train tracks and on hard floor! Hope this is helpful!

These are fantastic, my boys have hours of fun, they use them to tow there other cars, so imaginative, great little things for little money

Had to order this online because there is none to be found in the stores, it's made well and it does take batteries so if you don't want to have to constantly replace them I would not get it but if you don't mind then it's a good quality made toy and the colors are so bright.

Our Grandson's face lit up when he opened up this train. "Oh! That's what I've always wanted!" It works well and you can take that as the truth from a very happy four year old. Trains are very big right now and Thomas and Friends are everywhere from books to T.V. It seems to be made well and moves along the track with the help of the batteries which cannot be removed by a child. It takes a screwdriver to open the train's little space for batteries. This is a good idea because a certain little brother might get a loose battery into his mouth if they were accessable. So it seems to be a great toy. We played with it on the floor without a track too. On the floor it goes pretty fast. But of course the track is best. It was a good addition to his train collection.
