Oukitel U7 Plus - 5.5 inch HD Android 6.0 4G smartphone Quad Core 1.3GHz 2GB RAM 16GB ROM Fingerprint Scanner GPS Dual SIM 13MP - Gray Having had to return a previously purchased (more expensive) Oukitel handset due to a fault i have decided to give them another chance to impress,and on first impressions they certainly have done.The returned handset suffered from fingerprint recognition problems but have to say that the one on this phone is spot-on. Not perfect by any means but a good 8/10 attempts are recognised and accepted.Having decided to purchase this cheaper handset i was worried that the screen resolution being only 1280 x 720 would be a major step backwards as opposed to the full hd resolution of the k6000 Pro.I've been pleasantly surprised though as it is still pin sharp and is actually much 'warmer' than the higher priced handsets screen which had a slight blue tinge to any white background.The 2Gb of ram make day to day use a breeze and although the storage is set at 16Gb (around 12Gb useable after Os etc) it is very easy to insert an Sd card and i currently have a 32Gb in place with no problems.Every app has installed with no problems and as yet i have suffered no lags or freezes.Today i received notification of an OTA update so duly installed it,Not sure what changes have been made but it is certainly nice to know that Oukitel are for now keeping on top of support and updates for their phones which having owned a number of chinese phones is not typically normal.The touchscreen seems responsive even after placing a tempered glass screen protector on it which again is a nice surprise as i have had major problems with this issue on chinese (especially Umi) handsets.All in all,your £80 buys you a lot for your money. You're not going to get a fully uk supported 4G phone with a decent screen and performance from anywhere else really for that money and indeed unlike other phones you can actually use 2 simcards AND an Sd card at the same time.Very impressed for now,i just hope that my previous experience with faulty hardware from Oukitel is not repeated on this purchase but will update this review if anything changes.Hope this helps you in your buying decision.

This is my first Android phone, so still getting used to it. Be sure to protect the screen, as it scratches very easily and can get damaged. Think I will need a power bank too, as it seems to drain battery quickly. To update to Android 7, you have to do it manually, I'm pretty hesitant to do so. Goods points are the low price, and it does work fast and well. Nice large text and bright screen. Much better than my previous Windows phone.6 months later, impossible to charge properly, making it useless

Don't waste £699 on iPhone or Samsung. This is £80 and does what any expensive handset does.Brilliant smart phone purchase I ever did.

The phone cover was already damaged! Now we'll see how the phone itself works.

Hi,This is a very good phone for the price the camera is great the screen is awesome the storage is exceptional and the interface speed is fabulousNow there are a few downsides which are expected for the great value price one of them being the durability as others have stated the brittle, plastic, removable back can break if not carefully but otherwise everyday use it will not also the screen is little bit prone to cracking if you drop or sit on it so not as durable as my previous phones. Another minor downside is that the phone can get a little hot after heavy usage but does not overheat in my experience. It is on the heavier side of phones but does not bother me. As well, the charging is quite slow but will last the full day with medium, every day usage and you can always charge overnight.But there are some VERY GOOD points. One of them being that the screen is on the larger side of the scale and will not be an issue with typing, watching videos or playing games. Also the fact that the camera is very good for the price, the display is more than bright enaugh and the buttons click satisfyingly and work very well. The gold version is a very nice mild gold that is not too blingy and attracting but can be when it needs to be. The width of the phone is not the smallest but is hardly big and is small enaugh to hold in one hand unless you have small hands. The layout of the phone is also impeccable with the gold scheme being my personal favorite and the easy usage with a aquick snappy interface.Now it may seem like thare are more disadvantages than advantages, but I can tell you first hand that is not the case. A very good phone for the price that you should defiantly get for a first phone to an adult budget phone. And overall a great phone.

The phone worked very well in all aspects until it was just out of the guarantee period. Then the operating system refused to load so the phone became useless. I was very disappointed not just at loosing the use of the phone but also because I had bought various accessories including a lovely leather case which doesn't fit anything else! I would suggest that it might be safer to spend a few pounds more on a different make. Further, I am loathe to recycle the phone because it has all my personal information still on it.

Vorweg muss ich sagen ich kannte Oukitel nicht und habe mich dann bei chinahandys.net über verschiedene Geräte informiert. Auch bei Youtube findet man ein paar gute Reviews zum Gerät. Nach den guten Eindruck wurde es bei Amazon bestellt und prompt geliefert.Zum Gerät:Es liegt sehr gut in der Hand und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. 4G / LTE Netz ist sehr gut verfügbar und auch mit WiFi hat das Gerät kein Problem. Android 6 läuft flüssig und alle Apps laufen einwandfrei. 2 Mirco SIM Fächer und ein Micro SD Fach sind vorhanden. Der Display ist meiner Meinung nach sehr schön und nicht pixelig etc.Wenn man bedenkt das fast sowieso alle Geräte aus China kommen, ist es kein Wunder das die Eigenmarken auch sehr gut sind.Alles in allem ist dieses Handy für den Normalanwender ein sehr gutes Gerät. Auch Schnappschüsse und Videos gehen mit der vorhandenen Kamera wunderbar.Ich benutze das Gerät mit Aldi Talk und es zeigt immer 4G Verbindung an. Akkus ist tauschbar und er hält bei normaler Anwendung 2 Tage.Update vom Februar 2017:Softwareupdate auf Android 7.0 Nougat ist vollzogen - Ging alles vollautomatisch mit dem Oukitel App. Alle Einstellungen waren wie gehabt wieder eingestellt und alle Apps etc. wieder da.Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Gerät - Super Preis und eine wirklich sehr sehr gute Performance. Mir fällt derzeit kein Nachteil zu den anderen "Top-Marken" Geräten ein - außer das diese Schweine teuer sind. Das U7Plus ist in allen Bereichen gut sei es Musik hören, surfen, spielen, Fotos machen etc. das Gerät ist wirklich top.Akku hält ca. 3 Tage je nach Nutzung. Material und Bedienung sind top.

Despues de estar con el telefono un par de meses probándolo, me decido a dejar mi opinión. Tras abrir el paquete lo primero que destaca es el aspecto externo: El telefono tiene un diseño muy bueno que hace que aparente ser un terminal de gama alta, con bordes redondeados y con un acabado muy bueno.Una vez lo enciendo y me pongo a probarlo compruebo que efectivamente es Android 6.0 con una ligera capa de personalización del fabricante pero el aspecto es casi de un Android puro, el 4G funciona perfecto, las camaras de fotos son de 13 megapixels (8 interpolados) y 5 megapixels en el caso de la camara delantera. Viene con HDR lo que permite sacar fotos con un rango mas amplio de colores que a veces da resultados muy buenos, pero en sitios con poca luz el flash es insuficiente para proporcionar una imagen sin ruido. Tiene detector de caras y tambien permite disparar fotos con tan solo hacer el gesto de la V con los dedos delante de la camara.La autonomía de la bateria es buena, en las pruebas que he realizado dependiendo de si se utilizaba wifi o no duraba entre 24 y 48 horas dandole un uso normal. Respecto a la compatibilidad con las aplicaciones de Google Play Store he tenido algun inconveniente pero nada imposible de solucionar, al principio alguna aplicacion daba error y se cerraba nada mas haberla instalado, pero al reiniciar el telefono la aplicación funcionaba perfecta y ya no volvia a cerrarse por ese error.La pantalla es multitactil y es HD que permite una buena calidad de imagen. Y por ultimo, el lector de huellas, es un gran añadido, permite almacenar hasta 5 huellas dactilares y asignarlas no solo al desbloqueo de terminal sino también al uso de aplicaciones, como por ejemplo configurarlo como disparador de la camara de fotos. Tiene otros añadidos a tener en cuenta como los desbloqueos de pantalla personalizados, que permiten que al dibujar por ejemplo una M con el dedo en la pantalla, el terminal empiece a reproducir musica o si dibujas una O se te desbloquee el telefono y abra la aplicación de Youtube.En resumen, un terminal muy completo y muy bueno para el precio que tiene, ya que en prestaciones es superior a otros modelos de marca que a mismas prestaciones triplican el precio de este terminal.

Móvil funcional con características de teléfonos de gama muy superior. Estética agradable, tacto suave, pantalla rápida y memoria más que suficiente para la mayoría de usuarios. El volumen del audio no es especialmente alto, y el mio venía con el cargador defectuoso. Pero por el precio, merece la pena. De momento funciona muy bien.

Great phone for the price. Only negative is the camera which has mediocre color tuning. It's fast, good looking, nice weight. Came in a spartan package, but this device could be in the range of 160-170€ so it is a great value for money, and a great gift for parents etc. Plays the latest games great and the screen is pleasant.

Hat zunächst einwandfrei funktioniert. Nach ca. 3 Monaten reagiert der Bildschirm nur noch teilweise. Gerät schaltet sich hin und wieder von selbst aus. WLAN-Empfang bricht ab. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert, auch nicht bei dem günstigen Preis. Selbst bei 90€ erwarte ich deutlich mehr! 1 Stern nur weil mindestens 1 Stern gegeben werden muss.
