STANLEY Metal Folding Hex Key Metric 8 pc Set, Pocket Size, 2-69-264

The Stanley Folding Hex Key Set has proven to be a reliable companion in my toolbox, offering both convenience and versatility in a compact design. This pocket-sized set of hex keys is a must-have for anyone who frequently works with hexagonal fasteners. The standout feature of this set is its compact size. The folding design allows the hex keys to be neatly tucked away into a pocket or a small compartment, making them easily portable and accessible when needed. Whether I’m working on a project at home or on the go, the pocket-sized nature of this set ensures I always have the right tool at my fingertips. The hex keys themselves are constructed with durability in mind. Made from high-quality steel, they provide excellent strength and resistance to wear and tear. I appreciate their sturdiness, as they have proven to withstand repeated use without any signs of bending or degradation. The folding mechanism of the set adds to its convenience. It allows for quick and effortless access to the desired size, eliminating the hassle of sorting through loose individual keys. Each hex key is securely held in place when unfolded, providing a stable and reliable grip during use. The set offers a range of commonly used hex key sizes, ensuring compatibility with a variety of fasteners. The engraved size markings on each key are clear and easy to read, making it simple to identify the right size at a glance. This saves valuable time and prevents frustration when working on projects that require multiple sizes. While the compact design is a major advantage, it’s worth noting that the folding mechanism can sometimes feel slightly stiff. However, with regular use, it tends to loosen up, allowing for smoother folding and unfolding over time. In conclusion, the Stanley Folding Hex Key Set combines convenience, durability, and versatility into a pocket-sized package. Its compact design makes it a go-to tool for those who need hex keys on hand wherever they go. With its sturdy construction and a range of sizes, this set proves to be a reliable choice for tackling various projects. Whether you’re a professional tradesperson or a DIY enthusiast, the Stanley Folding Hex Key Set is an excellent addition to your tool collection.

What a tool have never used a Allen key which felt so perfect and easy to use. I normally get the standard Allen keys but this is 100% worth the extra 2

Plastic sides are a little flimsy and will feel like it's going to snap as you twist the Allen key but it is a really handy little tool

Feels like a quality well assembled tool unlike some similar items that fall apart after a few uses or a journey in your bike bag.

Solid perfect for bikes, have one of these in my car all time just in case my lad needs to be picked up, needed a 6mm alan key for front wheel perfect for this, compact and strong

I still have these today, 10 years on However, whilst great for a collection that remain together, that is also their weakness, as they're incredibly annoying to use, and are only suitable for 1 off tightens in very accessible places.

Well made, good value

Not the best but good enough as a toolbox filler
