Very happy with this purchase. Not only does it look 'cool' but it also makes shaping a beard so easy and neat!! I don't need to go to the Turkish barbers anymore to get a sharp looking beard. The translucent nature, and easy to grip design means I can evenly shape my beard and accurately shave a goatee if I want a change of look! Also the added instructions/guide also came in really handy!Highly recommend to any beard enthusiast who wants the sharp, neat look with ease!

I found these products by accident on Amazon.co.uk, there was a vast range to choose from. I chose Ninga as it look different from the others on offer. I have only begun to use it now for one week, at the beginning it takes a little to get used to the feel of it and how to hold it and how to place it on your neck to get the correct shape, the same on your cheek to get the line that you want your beard show. It is getting easier to use each time I use it, I imagine after a few more wet shaves it will just be my shaving routine, I am very happy with the product, it came very quickly, it looks good in my bathroom and I would recommend anyone to use it, it makes shaving easier and faster.

Tried multiple beard shapers over the years that did reasonably well. The beard ninja is certainly the best one and the main reason is lining up the cheeks and adding a line down from the ear to the jaw, it's very professional in that aspect. As with all beard tools the neck is the most difficult to do. I've had many years to grasp that technique. If you're just learning to do the neck take your time as it will take time to master. I go with two fingers above the adams apple and line the beard template from there.Worth every penny and saves a lot of money going to the barber for a weekly line-up.Bargain buy! It comes in a decent packaging and it arrived on time. The only reason we are giving it 3 stars is that for him it wasn't very useful. After many attempts he figured out he would do best without it. I know my husband and he isn't very good with coordination so that's is probably why he could not take all advantage of this product.The problem is, when I bought it, I though it would make my husband's life easier, but now, is just standing inside the cabinet.Personal Opinion: Think twice about getting it because it might not be as helpful as you though if you are considering it for a beginner.

I have tried a couple of templates in the past and found then awkward to use. The Ninja is different - it is a good size; not too thick so it does not snag the trimmer/razor; the right weight; and easy to grip. It also has a number of useful features which make it so usable - notably that it is transparent which really helps with the positioning. It also has a number of helpful marks to help you line-up the template equally on both sides.Very helpful user guides and good communication from the company about despatch and the user guides.Recommended

I bought this to aid my first venture into trimming my beard, so after reading the instructions and watching a couple of videos I got started. The tool itself is laid out well but can be a bit fiddly to position at times when holding, trying to keep steady and cutting at the same time but I’m sure this will improve with practice. This has to be the most useless bit of tat I've ever had the misfortune of being convinved to buy. For a start the template is not flexible so when say you want to shape a goatee you locate the little grooves under your nose for how wide you want it. But then your stuck because the thing sticks out from your face making it impossible to shave or trim against to get a line. As for the rest of it, you have a curved option and an angled option supposedly for cheek and neck lines. Honestly, it doesn't work. Just use your eye, I'm pretty sure you'll get as good a result. Tempted to send this one back tbh.

Sounds like a good idea, but to be honest the results you get from it are not worth the money and hassle of using it.
