Not a happy bunny!
I purchased two of these and had a qualified electrician fit them to a new tank, one for night time electricity and the other as a back up. Both of them failed within three weeks which turned out to be one simply needed the reset button on the thermostat pressed in which we did today so fingers crossed but the other had failed completely as testing with a multimeter proved it was the element itself. Unfortunately as the copper cylinder is in a difficult place it took my electrician almost a whole day at a cost of £150 on top of his original day fitting them three weeks ago to fit a replacement for the failed one plus the cost of this replacement one. I'm not a happy bunny!
