Best Creatine
Very good Creatine,qualitative and effective

Might not be worth it
The supplements seem fine, came in a nice bottle, wasn't damaged.I would agree on the solubility, much better than the creatine monohydrate.The only thing I would say about the supplements is there is only 0.75g in each one, so it might not be cost effective in comparison to getting the creatine mono powder. I'd like to take more than two a day, but the price seems a bit steep - especially as you only get 75 pills per bottle.

I’ve tried a few different creatine a HCL but I will be sticking with this one, results definitely the best.Unflavoured tastes vile but it’s a supplement not a tasty treat so doesn’t really matter!

So for many people, buying creatine is a fussy job, monohydrate or HCL, they are both good, BUT although monohydrate is probably the most known n popular creatine around it doesn't mean it's the best,Monohydrate isn't that soluble so basically the easiest way to tell how soluble a product is, shake or mix it with clear water, if thete is bits that sink to the bottom or its bitty or cloudy then its not that soluble, MEANING, only 30/40& of what you actually take is absorbed into the body, the rest of it sits in your intenstines collecting water, giving you that bloated smoother lookOKAY still with me ?HCL or creatine Hydrochloride, is molecularly bound with hydrochloric acid to enhance its solubility and overall absorption rates. This means that if you mix this with water or anything it pretty much 98% is absorbed, it will be broken down quicker in your body and more easily absorbed by your muscle cells.This is good stuff, feeling the effects already, slightly stronger a better,pump, i am also mixing this with a ammino acid powder to get the best benefitsNOW AS FOR PEOPLE SAYING ITS LUMPY, IT DOES GET LUMPY IF LEFT FOR A WHILE JUST GET A FORK OR SPOON AND JUST STIR IT AGAIN AND ITS FINE, I BUY 4 TUBS AT A TIME AND MY STRENGTH IS THROUGH THE ROOF WHEN IM TAKING IT CAN TELL A HUGE GENUINE DIFFERENCEI do not work for Kaged Muscle, this is just a good product
