Im walking around 8-10 miles 5 days a week at work my ankles really hurt will these help?

I have an old injury to my ankle, I’m on my feet most of the day and it was really painful and I kept going over on it. I have to say, the ankle brace really helped support it and although I still have pain in it, it’s such a big help for me. I would highly recommend trying it!

I don't really know if the supports will help you. I have painful ankles and decided to try the ankle supports but they may not help me.

Is it good for swollen ankles

It would depend on what caused the swelling. It’s good for sprains, even gout in the ankle, some arthritic pain. Most swelling though reacts better to a cold compress, whereas this gives support and realistically warmth due to the material and compression. I hope that helps in some way.
