Excellent seller! I bought two of these, my order didn't arrive on time, they sent me another by air mail with tracking! They were also apologizing very sincerely. I received my first order weeks later with package opening so I know it's the custom who checked on it and it was late for a reason. Very good service, the products I received have excellent package, very fresh looking with sealed plastic! I love this product, after using it, I feel very clean and not tight or dry at all, beats all those cheap or expensive ones I bought at boots and Sephora, I was trying to buy a Chinese one which is the best one I have used so far but couldn't find it on the Internet and bought this one instead, very small difference and I am pleased. I purchased it from Samunai Japan.

Love this product you need a tiny amount and it goes a long way. It lathers up to a gorgeous creamy foam which feels lovely on your face and cleans it well without drying out. Definitely have clearer skin will be buying again!

Perfect whip leaves skin squeaky clean but bit disappointed that it also leaves it feeling tight and pretty dry.still using it along with dhc deep cleansing oil and I can definitely see an improvement

This is amazing. Gets rid of all makeup and leaves skin feeling clean. I have oily combo skin and helps with my oil control. A little goes a long way, turns into milky thick lather. I am not a heavy/full makeup wearer (only wear tinted moisturiser) I leave it on my face for min and then wipe of with muslin cloth. Lifts all dirt and leaves no residue. Amazing!!

First time using this cleanser, and I use it as second step in double cleanse routine. I love the consistency and it does a great job at removing makeup etc skin left looking brighter !

This is a very good cleanser for problem skin. It is perfumed but personally I don't mind that. It is a deep cleanser and for the price the results are good, eg fewer blocked pores. You only need to use a tiny amount because it is so concentrated. Good value.

I honestly would not recommend this for those with dry skin. I used it for over a couple of weeks and it left me with bad dry skin. The top of my eyelids have become extremely dry and irritated from using this product in still in the process of recovering from it.

I am so into Asian skincare now, and this was bought as a part of that. Very pleased with this gentle, and effective cleanser. Soft and no fragrance. Good price.

Das Waschgel lässt sich gut aufschäumen und man hat nach der Reinigung das Gefühl , dass das Gesicht quietschsauber ist , auch ist es mild und hinterließ keine Irritationen auf meiner empfindlichen Haut. Das Produkt ist sehr ergiebig , da ein münzgroßer Klecks völlig ausreicht um das ganze Gesicht zu reinigen .

Detergente che fa bene il suo lavoro. Io lo uso col clarisonic e pulisce in profondità e lascia la pelle luminosa.

Quality-wise, nothing to say: I have been using this facial wash for two years. No scents, no irritation. Very gentle and rich in foams. I guess it depends on your skin type. If you are like me, mixed but more prone to dry, this product is a good choice.Delivery is slow, yes, even slower than I expected. So you definitely need some patience. I ordered it at the end of August, and got it after ten weeks. But the wait was definitely worth it. Plus, the service is quite good. I contacted them asking for a replacement by air mail, because obviously the first package got lost somehow, they replied to my email within 12 hours.
