BaByliss Ombre 235 Degree Celsius Styler 2082DU Hair Straightener

I have Afro-textured hair, and this flat iron gets my hair bone straight. I used to use my 1 1/2" GHD straighteners before this one, but the GHDs weren't able to get my hair as straight as these could. The plates are super long so you can grab big sections and it makes it easier to do curls. So many temperature settings to choose from as well. Only downside is that the heat dial only shows you numbers, it doesn't show the temperatures that the numbers correspond to, but other than that, these are perfect. Also cuts down my straightening time to about 15-20mins compared to an hour!

I am so impressed with this product. It is quick to use because it has extra long heating plates. My hair is super straight and looks like I have been to the hairdresser. People like and comment on my lovely hair and haircut now and its the same haircut I had before I bought these straighteners. It heats up quick (15 secs). It has an auto off button. Lots of different temperature choices and it looks sleek and pretty.Best buy ever.

Excellent price for this product but not the best quality as the plates do not fully line up, meaning you have to straighten smaller amount of hair at a time. (This info is from the wife, not me).

Grand for the price. Of course not as good as GHD's and the likes, but you shouldn't expect that for £30. Love the look of them - pink/purple ombré looks really smart. Do a great job of straightening my hair - and I haven't had it anywhere near the hottest setting.

I had originally ordered these from Debenhams. But they turned out to be way cheaper on Amazon so returned the Debenhams ones and got these. I have really long wavvy thick hair so straightening my hair is no easy job. While I would prefer the plates to be wider but these straighteners work fine and the straightening lasts for days. I have been looking for a good straightener at a reasonable price for a while. So far, this one fits the bill.

Lovely product. Has a large selection of temperature settings (VERY useful!) and the plates slide through hair without snagging. They are not heavy straighteners. Comes with a heat mat which is very useful. An added bonus is how pretty the product is to look at.

Great product. It's a lot longer than I expected, so if you're someone who likes to use their straighteners for curling hair as well, this is fantastic. Lower heat settings are great for touch ups too. Highly recommend!

Not very happy with this product. I brought it for my niece a month ago and they have already broke. Luckily she wasn't using them her mother was when they suddenly made a very loud popping sound and then wouldn't switch back on.
