Q: Can I use this for taking finger prints of children

Yes you can but they would have to keep their fingers in it till it hardens, no damage to the fingers :) but it is soft and needs to set. so young children may not be able to sit still while it sets which takes a fair time, think plaster of plaster of paris, or even fimo clay would be better , a quick push with the fingers to get the print and then bake

Q: Is this product safe for making moulds for edible cake decorations

Unless it is stated on the packaging, I would not personally use this for making moulds for food stuffs. There maybe other products that are safe to use with food but check the packaging!

Q: Hello there, I am trying to make a 2 part mould of a glass bowl. Is this possible with this product? Many thanks!

If you plan to pour fibreglass in the mould then I suppose yes. Of course you cannot pour hot molten glass. You must pour from the bottom side of the bowl. I would split the 2 parts as one for the inside part and one for the outside.

Yes I’m sure that you can. I have done it the other way round , plaster of Paris mould and silicon item and it works perfectly. Excellent stuff, just a little expensive.
