Received it next day. I purchased this because the other one I ordered off eBay wont be arriving until next week(china) I purchased this cheaper one last night & Received it today & already the batteries have died after 5 mins use!! So rendering it useless for my purpose as I needed the light. It will probably cost more for new batteries then it will to replace it. Waste of £5 really.

This little device magnifies fine, but it isn't the easiest thing to use, and I don't think that it magnifies extraordinarily well, even when you have positioned yourself correctly to use it.. I would recommend use of just a basic loop - as I find this a bit fiddly to try to use if you are looking at a hallmark in a jewellery fair for instance.

I'm using it as bug finder on plants. Works great for finding bugs on leaves. Also great for money to check if real. We are using them in our pub now as a cheap option to other money checkers. As they are really cheap and have saved me nearly £1000 in costs to install and buy them. Great product . Should be used in pubs clubs shops and even at home for you green figured people.

Works ok only when resting directly onto area to be viewed, else it is out of focus.Found it useful given this limitation.

Bright light and good lens. Feels a bit light but I'd does what it is supposed to. Hope it lasts.
