Caran d'Ache 0902.302 Full Blender Bright Pack of 2 in Blister Packaging Approx. 14 cm

Has anyone actually tried this blender with any caran dache colored pencils for instance their Luminance or Pablo's?

Would this work for wax resist techniques in watercolors and water-soluable pencils and crayons?

Can you layer color on top? So lay down color, blend and then lay down more color on top of the blended pencil?

Since this contains wax as well as oil, will it cause a "wax bloom" over oil-based pencils, such as FC Polychromos?
