After returning a down pillow, because the label said it contained a lot of stuff other than down, I bought this pillow. Was also confused by label on pillow at first, as label said contains a minimum of 80% down.I emailed manufacturer, and I received a satisfactory answer; it is the industry standard as there is a chance a small amount of feather, etc may get missed and put into pillow. Manufacturer's response was quick, polite, and informative.Bottom line is I finally found a down pillow that is wonderful. I chose the queen soft option, as I like a thinner pillow. Love it.

The best down pillows - super comfy with no "feather noise" -

As a long-time Amazon customer and an elder who wants to believe in the goodness of people and products, I put a lot of effort into saving the money to purchase this item. However, it was sold second-hand, as it does not compare to the quality I used to get from Macy's and Bloomingdale's. After less than a month of use, I’m unhappy with the comfort; a noticeable divider in the middle makes it feel old or used. I've never complained in this way before, but I felt it was necessary to express my concerns.

I have a history of ordering soft down pillows, but thought I'd give the medium firm version a try this time, so I ordered two of those, as well as one of the soft pillows for comparison. The soft pillow arrived with down fill evenly distributed, yet both of the medium pillows lacked down fill in all four corners with the center overfilled. I was able to improve upon that by aggressively shaking and fluffing them in all directions, and gently coaxing the down into the corners, which worked. Nevertheless, I could tell pretty quickly that the medium down fill was firmer than I wanted. I exchanged them for the soft version. I hope that the company sees this review as it seemed highly unusual that the defect affected only the medium firm pillows and both of them equally. Seems to be a quality control issue.

My husband loves this pillow. He likes his pillows to have a little bit of volume, but to immediately sync in to his pillow and form his head and he absolutely has fallen in love with his pillow.

I sleep on 2 pillows, the bottom denser than the top. This pillow is a perfect complement to this arrangement. Its down makeup meets high standards. Cheaper to buy thru Amazon than Cuddledown. Highly recommended. You'll love hitting the hay with this pillow, if that's your thing.

I've been searching for a comfortable pillow for years. I have some neck issues, so it's been a struggle. I ordered this pillow in soft and it's super comfy. I wish I had ordered a medium bc I would like a tad more support.

I got this expensive pillow because of the brand name. It smells musty. Unpleasant odor. I have to put 4 pillow cases on and change every two days.Don’t recommend this pillow
