not effective at all for me
i bought the 30 day supply which was very expensive and totally ineffective unfortunately. instructions are useless but i took this 30 mins before a meal with lots of water and it did nothing to reduce my appetite or make me feel full, this had not fat burning effect what so ever. after 20 days it was making me feel VERY ill and i stopped the 30 day course one off the "cure" lol i felt much better. i will not be using this again its not effective certainly not worth the price.maybe this will work for you but don't bet on iti ended up trying some various meal replacement shakes and got good results with the SlimZest Diet Shake was more effective for me, i replaced 2 meals and lost nearly 10Kg in 14 days,
