Delicious gluten free bread!
This flour is great, its a much nicer mix of gluten free flours than other mixes and its has been triple milled which means the end product has a nicer consistency, is much tastier and closer to normal bread. It is really easy to use - you just add water and a bit of olive oil and that's it. Really tasty bread, I would definitely recommend!
