This is an excellent product - easy to use and clean. Great to have two spare wires too. I have had one before but a family member swiped it - its that good.

Bit smaller than expected
This is a compact item, do struggles with my big block of cheddar and the tension on the wire could be tighter but it does the job (as long as its not a too big a block of cheese)

It took a long time to find one that wasn't going to immediately snap on first use. This is well built and looks nice. Worth spending the little extra to get this over the slightly cheaper ones.Cheese does tend to get stuck in the groove but it's easy enough to clean out with one of those brush cleaner things you use on your dishes.
