Absolutely ecstatic with this. I was having problems getting around on foot due to a medical condition and i am too young (in my eyes) to be driving a mobility scooter around so this was my only option for now. I was expecting to wait about 7days at least for delivery but it arrived just 2 sleeps later.It does need a first charge but you have this little light on the charger that will light from red to green when it's fully charged. Comes well packaged, very straight forward to set up and is true to the specification/description.If you are getting public transport i urge you to look into one of these.I no longer have to wait around for a bus that should have turned up 2hours ago. I get to my destination much faster. Journey example: Bus 40-50mins = Partu Scooter 5-10mins.You're literally laughing if you get one of these.

I was suprised at how quicly this arrived and at the quality of the product. I live somewhere with a lot of hills and this will require a little kick assistance up steep hiills (If you read/watch a lot of reviews about e-scooter you will be aware that at this power level hills are always a challenge). I've been ridding it for a few weeks at the time of this review and it will have paid for itself in saved bus/taxi fare very soon. I can get to work with less sweating on this than if cycle (to be expected) but also less than if I walk (not expected due to the hills) and it has withstood the heatwave of summer 2018!

Do not buy (if it ever becomes available again)!after having the scooter replaced 3 times because of various parts not working, the eventually offered me a 70% discount of the original price. shortly after the damn thing broke - while I was riding it!I'm lucky that I didn't get injured!!It's supposed to support adults up to 100kg, I only weight 85kg...DO NOT BUY!!

I can’t give this product even one star! I bought this for my son for Xmas 2017, the first one sent did not work at all and had a battery problem, my son was very disappointed on Xmas day. I was sent a replacement which has been used very little but has now developed the same problem. I have tried to contact the seller who just ignores me and Amazon state there is nothing they can do. The battery is supposed to be under warranty for 48 months. Do not buy anything from this seller

Completely useless, used it to get to work and it lasted 4 days!!!! Battery will not hold any charge and now will not work at all. DONT BUY!!!!!!!

It`s a very good electric scooter. It`s whort the money I have paid for it
