Ware und Preis ok, Zustellung verbessungswürdig
Sehr gut gefallen hat mir Ware und Preis. Absolut unzuverlässig ist die Zustellung der Ware. Die beiden Artikel wurden nur zu einem kleinen Teil des Umkartons in den Briefkasten ohne weitere Nachricht gesteckt. Da sich in der Wohnanlage viele Wohnungen befinden, ware es für vorbeigehende Personen ohne Probleme möglich gewesen, die Artikel im Wert von über 100 Euro unerkannt mit zu nehmen. Außerdem wurden angeblich auch die Nachbarn darüber informiert, was leider nicht geschehen ist. Wie hätte Amazon reagiert, wenn die Artikel gestohlen worden wären. Insgesamt bedeutet das: Ware und Preis empfehlenswert; Zustellung dilettantisch und dem Kunden gegenüber eine Frechheit. Ich erwarte von Amazon eine dementsprechende und zeitnahe Stellungnahme.
