These trays are for the purchaser to provide food for catering. That said I found them excellent. **Q: How many quarter sandwiches fit in this tray pls?** A: Depends on the size of loaf and filling, but, I reckon on 24 quarters per tray. So, allowing for two rounds per person one tray will 'feed' 3 people. **Q: Mine were delivered tuesday but there is only 4 in the box. What should i do .
