Plenty of room, cables fit easily, I didn't even ziptie them down and the back panel slid on with no trouble. Cable managment is decent, only ones I can see from outside are the GPU and MOBO. Airflow is great, lowered my temps significantly though I put the 2 fans on the back/top pulling out (ik, not ideal, VRams overheating and that gave the best cooling till I can buy more fans) Plenty of room, Have a cooler master 212 and Morpheous 2 cooler (980ti) and they have plenty of clearance. The front filter is quite easy to take off if you'd rather have the extra airflow, you just bend the tabs straight, slide it out, remove the filter, put the mesh back on and push the tabs back/tighten them with pliers, 5 minute job. The blue is a great colour. I really really like the blue. It's like, it almost looks like a stock office case but then it's full of little quality touches, it's really nice but not extravagant, understated. Comes with more screws than you'll need and a handy little tool which makes installing the mobo standoffs easy. very nice touch and much appreciated (though I forgot about it till I'd put them in already) will easily fit a watercooler Improvements that I think would perfect this case Make the 5.25 bay removable, can't see that bumping the price significantly. (I'll just drill cut mine out which is easy if you have a drill, dremel and a steady hand) plus will allow an extra 140/120mm fan on the front. Add more points on the rear to zip tie cables (very little extra cost in this step) The panel screws on the rear are a bit finicky, not much of an issue, especially for someone who barely opens their pc, but improving them a little would be a nice touch. Overall I highly recomend this case. If you just want a quality, good looking high functioning case without spending £100+ this is it. Keep up the good work Fractal, you're cases are above an beyond, You're engineer and artist are either the same guy or both have a solid understanding of PCs, thank them both for all us poor gamers who can now put another £50 towards a new watercooler to OC the balls of our aging i74790ks.

I have 2 of these purely based on how effective they are at air cooling. They look ok, they are sturdy, good value (the hdd light is brighter than my phone torch so you may want to choose to leave those cables unplugged!!) Delivery was prompt. The sheer compatibility is great, almost all fan areas can house 140mm fans, the front panel is one massive grill to maximise airflow in and this is by far one of the best cases for keeping components cool i have owned. Cable management is good and it looks great when set up but remember this is a practical case, not a designer gaming case (though i bet it will perform just as well without the price tag) - i personally removed the hdd stack and hid my ssd drives elsewhere and as i dont have a dvd drive i have fitted an additional 2x small fans in the drive slot for a total of 5x 140mm fans (2 top, 2 front, 1 bottom), 1x 120mm back fan - it fits an evo 212 cpu cooler with room to spare and a rtx 2070, again with room to spare. Ryzen 5 3600x over clocked to 4.25ghz runs idle at 12-15oC so if keeping cool is your thing - buy it!

Bought this to recase and refurbish an older desktop system for home use. Thanks to this case it was one of the easiest DIY jobs I've ever undertaken. Plenty of internal space with sensible cable routing and cooling options and is decently built. Good value for money overall. This is an older style case so it still has the room for two optical drives, perfect for what I needed, but conversely has hard drive bays optimised for the larger 3.5inch hdd rather than the more modern 2.5inch sdd type hard drives, and there are only two bays. However you can pick up cheap conversion brackets to fit two ssds into one hdd bay so that's not a deal breaker for me. Overall would thoroughly recommend.

Lots of room and easy access from both sides, a great base to start a build. The two front 5.25 slots are a rare thing nowadays but they give you great options to house any breakout boxes you may have. I used mine for an optical drive and Sound Blaster front panel break out box with midi connections. Lots of fan placement positions for various sizes around the case to suits all kinds of builds. My only nag would be to include a 2 to 1 connector for the front fans as extra connections on the motherboard may be limited. The included fans are nice and quiet and will get you up and running. Nice quality build with some quality materials, it feels really sturdy. I'm going to be using this style case again for another build it was so impressive.

Excellent build quality and that is reflected in the price. I used the case to build a Windows XP 32bit gaming rig so wanted something with an optical drive slot and decent cooling capabilities, whilst also being well made. This ticked all the boxes. Ended up sticking an X79 motherboard in it with an E5-1680v2 8core Xeon, 32gb of 2400mhz ram, SSD and a Asus GTX 980ti ROG Matrix Platinum (with modded drivers). So far it runs beautifully. Every game I've installed on it so far works perfectly, from Doom 95 to the 2013 Tomb Raider (Which averages 180fps under dx9 on without overclocks.) It would play newer games too if I dual OS'd but no need as that's not why I built it. Anyway, it's an absolute weapon of a retro build and the case is just the perfect way to modernise a retro machine. Wasn't sure about the blue at first but actually really like it now! My only real gripe with it is that the viewing window is plastic, which although is of its time; it would have been nice to see a part glass panel. Doesn't really bother me though. Highly recommended.

I have been using computers for last 18 years however this was my first pc build. The case came at an affordable price yet it doesn't look cheap or anything of that sort. It seems that it is really built for beginners as it is very build friendly. It is very spacious as I had a MSI 2070 Super Gaming X Trio graphics card to fit it which fitted easily. The build went smoothly and I am very happy with it. The case has a bit of white lighting on the front fans which make it look premium and yes the fans are top quality and very quiet. The only downside to this case was the brief manual which came with it (I wish it was a bit more detailed) and there is only one mounting place for SSD which you have to screw behind the power supply. But I think at this price point, the benefits outweigh the cons by a huge margin so I would highly recommend this case to everyone who is looking for a good value case.

As others have mentioned, it's a great case for the price. It's well designed with ample room for pretty much any setup. I bought this as a gift as I'm building a pc for my niece, but I really wanted to buy the white version but it wasnt in stock. So i had to opt for the black case as it was the only one available, and it literally was the last one available at time of purchase. Being constrained to a time frame of a couple of weeks to her birthday, I didn't want to take the chance so i opted for the black version so I could build it in time. The pc is now built so I can't exactly return it for a different colour, but it would have been nice to see an expected stock replenishment date instead of "in stock soon", because I would have waited for the preferred white version if given a date. Regardless, I got a good product, it ticks all the boxes (having a cd/dvd drive bay was essential) and I hope my niece likes it as teens these days are extremely fussy over small things like colour or brand names :)

The requirement was for an office-style PC case. The Focus 6 has 2x 5.25” front-facing bays in the top tray, a removable stand/tray at the bottom with enough space for a 3.5” and 2.75” drive, and a bay behind the PSU that takes another 2.75” SSD. It has a clear side panel, and some provision has been made for hiding cables. It is sensibly priced, well-made and sturdy except for the bottom tray. The PSU is placed at the bottom; (whoever thought of putting them at the top?) Two 12cm lit fans are supplied. There is a full set of dust catchers on all fanned intakes. There is space for 2 x 14cm fans in the top plate. It is a business-like case and meets my needs. Plenty of screws are provided though it is questionable what they are all for, and too many are small and fiddly. Not so good: the HD Audio cable is too short for an ATX board and cannot be run behind the cable partition. The cable partition is inadequate. It only covers two-thirds of the interior (more below), and there is a badly placed supporting bar close to the front edge of my ATX motherboard. The holes in the partition are too long, too infrequent, and too narrow to permit easy installation of larger cables. My main quibble is with the use of space. Underneath the 5.25” tray there is open, unused space. This allows good airflow but… The bottom drive tray is a nasty afterthought. Drive connections are at the back, so the back panel must be removed to take out a drive. The SATA connections are difficult to access, other cables get in the way, and it may be easier to remove the whole tray 5 screws). The tray is insufficiently rigid, and the pin grips do not hold 3.5” drives securely when unattached. Installation proved a time-consuming fiddle. The tray is very badly positioned. Moving it 30mm (little more than 1”) towards the front would have cleared the motherboard, and meant the tray could be higher, making drive installation much easier and providing a third drive bay. Practical users might consider drilling some holes in the bottom of the case and moving it. Shifting it forward would also provide space for a fan in the base plate. (There should have been one 14cm fan at the front and another 14cm in the bottom. I note the newer model had 3 x 14cm fans in front!) The empty space at the front is not covered by the cable partition. Anyone looking in sees a well-lit mess of cabling through the window. Summary. I have built scores of PCs; building this one was hard work. It suffers from obvious design inadequacies, but does the job. On balance I would recommend it.

Pris pour remplacer un Carbide 100R qui ne pouvait pas contenir un watercooling à 2 ventilateurs, je suis franchement pas déçu de mon achat. L'espace à l'intérieur est beaucoup mieux pensé que sur le Carbide (notamment avec les disques durs un peu éloignés de la façade, ce qui est meilleur pour le airflow, et un emplacement de ssd derrière la carte mère) et l'aspect général du boitier me plaît plus (les materiaux semblent plus solides et les finitions mieux faites en général). De plus le Focus G est livré avec deux ventilateur préinstallés en façade, un point de plus pour le airflow qui a en majorité fait la réputaition de ce boitier. Seuls bémoles (très légers d'après moi) : il y a peu de place en back pour le cable management, celui ci pourrait s'avérer retors si votre config est blindé de câbles (j'ai eu un peu de mal à fermer la mienne mais rien de bien méchant) et les vis des panneaux latéraux qui sont un peu étrange et peuvent être un peu galère à aligner lorsqu'on veut les revisser (encore une fois rien d'insurmontable, ca m'a juste pris 10 secondes de plus mais j'ai vu des gens s'en plaindre alors je le précise quand même) Pour résumer : Un très bon boitier full ATX, vendu avec 2 ventilateurs déjà installés plutôt efficaces, un très bon design aussi bien au niveau visuel que ergonomique, et des défauts très mineurs bien loin de tarir l'image de ce boitier à mes yeux. je recommande !

Per le nuove tecnologie servono nuove mid tower, e chi effettua un upgrade è quasi sempre forzato a cambiare anche mid tower, come per la vastissima gamma di articoli elettronici che danno l'imbarazzo della scelta, anche scegliere la tower non è semplice. Principalmente ciò che si cerca in un tower è la gestione dello spazio e il flusso d'aria. Il Focus G ha un ottimo flusso d'aria che può essere completamente personalizzato, due ventole davanti, una ventola dietro, lo spazio per il raffreddamento liquido sopra e pure il fondo per l'alimentatore. I filtri aiutano moltissimo la pulizia e riducono la polvere in entrata. Lo spazio interno è comodissimo per un pc di fascia media: due hdd o due ssd, con uno spazio extra sul retro per i piccoli drive da 2,5". Lo spazio occupato dagli slot lettori cd/dvd non da alcun fastidio, e i forellini lungo la parete interna (quella dove si poggia la motherboard) consentono di fare un bel lavoro con il cable management. Forse l'unica pecca che vedo è il fatto di avere pulsante di accensione, jack e porte USB frontali rivolte verso l'alto. In questo modo la polvere ci si annida più facilmente e non è proprio il massimo. Nel Complesso è un ottimo case anche se di "budget", ricordatevi solo di tener conto della lunghezza dei cavi, perché il cavo di alimentazione per la cpu parte dal basso e dovrà fare il giro dietro il pannello per poi arrivare fino in cima.

Nach einigen Jahren nur mit Laptop sollte zwecks Leistung wieder ein Desktop-PC her - natürlich im Eigenbau. Bei der Wahl des passenden Gehäuses gab es schon ein paar Einschränkungen. Neben vielen neuen Komponenten sollte dort auch mein alter Bluray-Brenner Platz drin finden sowie eine alte Backup-Festplatte. Gleichzeitig wollte ich mir aber auch keinen Big-Tower unter den Schreibtisch stellen und so durfte ich feststellen, dass heutzutage die Auswahl schon deutlich schrumpft, wenn man heute nach Midi-Tower-Gehäusen mit 5,25" Schächten sucht. Das Fractal Design Focus G versprach diese Anforderungen zu erfüllen und weil der Preis wirklich unschlagbar ist, es schlicht und elegant aussieht und im Internet für seine guten Kühleigenschaften gelobt wird, habe ich es bestellt. Dass mir die Kühlung nochmal etwas Kopfzerbrechen bereiten würde, war mir zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht klar. Mein Plan war es, für mich zum allerersten Mal die CPU mit einer Wasserkühlung zu kühlen, anstatt eines normalen CPU-Lüfters. Bestellt hatte ich mir dafür zeitgleich die Corsair Hydro H115i. Was ich zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht wusste bzw. deutlich unterschätzt hatte: Wasserkühlungen, insbesondere der Radiator, können verdammt groß sein. "Wird schon passen, ist sicher alles Standard" dachte ich mir, als ich las, dass das Gehäuse jeweils vorne und oben für 2 Lüfter nebeneinander ausgelegt ist und die Corsair Hydro H115i eben auch den Radiator mit so zwei Lüftern zeigt. Als ich alle Komponenten vor mir ausgepackt hatte und ich etwas rumprobiert hatte, war ich kurz davor, das Gehäuse zurückzuschicken, weil ich dachte, dass der Radiator nirgends passt. Von den zwei großen 140 mm-Lüftern mal ganz abgesehen. Oben unter die Decke passt es auf keinen Fall, da ist dann das Mainboard im Weg - zu wenig Platz. Fractal schlägt in der mitgelieferten Anleitung vor, den Radiator vorne einzubauen - und siehe da, es passt. Aber wirklich auf den Millimeter genau - siehe Foto. Der Radiator ist 322mm hoch und dürfte auch kein bisschen höher sein. Um ihn dort einzubauen, musste ich kurzzeitig den Festplattenkäfig unten für die 3,5" Festplatten ausbauen - dank der guten Verschraubung aber kein Problem. Anschließend nahm ich die Vorderseite vom Gehäuse ab und tauschte die dort bereits verbauten 2x120 mm-Lüfter durch die mächtigen 2x140 mm-Lüfter, die mit der Corsair Hydro H115i geliefert wurden. Auch hier war es wieder Millimeterarbeit, aber es passte am Ende perfekt. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass mich während dieser unerwarteten Puzzlearbeit das Gehäuse mehrfach sehr positiv überrascht hat. Alle Einbauten lassen sich bei Bedarf einfach durch Schrauben ausbauen/umbauen, die Kabel lassen sich zum Großteil anschließend hinter der Mainboardwand verstecken und es ist insgesamt sehr modular und trotzdem robust. Nun habe ich am Ende ein flüsterleises und gleichzeitig sehr gut gekühltes PC-System, wozu das Gehäuse definitiv viel beigetragen hat. Deswegen volle 5 Sterne von mir und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Plusy: super lekka, miejsce na 2 zatoki. Minusy: jeśli ktoś ma duże wentylatory chłodzenia wodnego, to mogą się nie zmieścić. Dla mnie 10/10
